I have a Galaxy Watch 46mm and an S10+ which when using dual apps works fine and running two WhatsApp accounts I get notifications from both accounts on the watch. In the notifications tab there are two instances of the WhatsApp app listed.
However when I use the watch with My P30 Pro and their version of dual apps I only get the primary version of WhatsApp listed in the notifications list on the Galaxy Wearable app.
I am guess there is nothing I can do to get both accounts going to the watch when using the P30 Pro but thought I would ask the experts!
Thanks

So, I just today got the new Samsung Galaxy watch. I lost my Gear S3 Frontier so decided it was time for an upgrade to the latest Galaxy Watch.
I had it set up perfect on my frontier watch where I used Google Hangouts as both my phone dialer and text message program since that is what I was using on my cellphone anyway. I never used my actual dialer or texting program native on my Samsung Galaxy S9 phone.
My phone has not changed and I retrieved and updated my settings to my new Galaxy Gear phone. But something is amiss...
It was a few years ago but I *THINK* the way I made Google Hangouts messaging program and the Hangouts/Talk dialer work is there was an app by Google either in the Galaxy App store or Google play store and someone passed the messages to my watch.
Now I cant find it or remember the way I made it all work. When I call my Google Voice/Hangouts phone number from another phone I get a quick popup notification on my watch but it does not vibrate nor can I use quick reply or reply at all. I used to be able to do that on my Gear S3 Frontier. Also my watch does vibrate and fully functional on other programs like Facebook messenger.
Anyone know how I can get it to work again like that on my new Galaxy watch? Its a big deal breaker for me since that is my main number Google number!
It won't work because Hangouts is Google App and Samsung run Tizen.
You can reply to messages such as WhatsApp or IG but you can instigate.

Incorrect. I had it working perfectly find on my Samsung Galaxy S3 Frontier watch. You are correct it is Tizen OS on watch but somehow I got it to work perfectly. I think they may have had the hangouts app in the Samsung app store but I dont see it there anymore.
Bottom line there is a way to do it because I have before and it worked perfect with notfication and vibration but I forgot exact how I did it and lost old watch now have the new latest Galaxy Watch.
So I get all other notifications on my new Galaxy watch with both visual popup on watch notifications and vibrations with the exception of the Google hangouts notifications they just show up my watch does not vibrate on those which is the most important thing to me which I am trying to figure out but my phone does vibrate on those alerts.
just wondering if there is an update, would be great to get Google Voice on the Galaxy Watch active 2
my huawei p30 pro ringtone changes to default when connected so samsung galaxy watch plz help
Were you able to log into samsung account? ble to log
Hi, I have just started to use a Watch Active 2 and calendar reminders is visible in if I swipe to the right. Samsung pay works and Spotify also BUT neither whatsapp nor SMS -notifications turn up.
I have been using the Galaxy Wearable app and configured the notifications to be on for both theese apps but that does not seem to help. Using a P30 Pro.
Does anyone have some idea of what could be the problem here and how to solve it?

Hi all,
I've got the wa2 and notifications was working fine from WhatsApp, Gmail, etc on my phone (Poco F1) android 9. Update came for android 10 and now the notifications won't show up on the watch. Does anyone know what kind settings should be adjusted?
What I've tried :
Check if permissions are still the same as they were on android 9.
Reinstalled galaxy Wear app.
Checked notification settings on phone & watch.
Anyone knows what's up with android 10 not sending notifications to the watch?
Edit: flashed a custom kernel and some messages are coming through now.
Has any one had any success in getting notifications on their watch from Outlook or Teams running in a Work Profile? I'm on a Pixel 6 Pro with Android 13 T1B2.
Thanks
Andrew
I don't have those specific apps, but I have been getting gmail notifications from my work profile on the watch, whereas I am not getting them with the Galaxy Watch 4. I recall from months ago that it was not possible to get any work profile notifications on Wear OS (Galaxy Watch 4), so I was surprised when they just showed up on the Pixel Watch without any configuration on my part.

What version of Android do you have on your phone?
I have Android 13... oh and I saw the Pixel watch notification section has a list of all personal and work profile apps to enable/disable notifications for
For me at least, the new Android 13 beta update, T1B3, resolved the notification issue.
