Fullscreen any video - OnePlus 5T Questions & Answers

Hi.
I've been looking for a way of getting the "zoom" you get on yt by pinching the screen on any app or video. Doesn't need to be by pinching tho.
Can't find anything. Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks

Top right of the screen these should be a +/- button. Click that and a wheel will appear on the left hand side of the screen move it up and down to zoom in and out.
I think you wanted to know where the zoom function is whilst actually recording? The answer unfortunately is this is not possible
very few digital cameras include a zoom function while recording video

Yeah sorry. I thought he meant camera. Zoom on video is not possible. Probably because when you use digital zoom it decreases the resolution.
...
thanks for the replies
i wish you could zoom in and out when video recording like my older nokia phone (which is like 4 years old!!!)
i wonder why this was left out....either way, at least i know to stop "trying" to look for a zoom option whilst in the middle of video recording
You shouldn't use digital zoom, it just decreases the resolution instead of actually zooming in.

[Q] Video Rotating App??

Does anybody know of an app that can rotate the videos that I record on my phone I have been looking all through the market, but I can't find one. Any help will be appreciated Thank you.

1080p video is zoomed in

I have noticed when I am in the video recorder and switch to 1920x1080 resolution I notice the video zooms in to around 2x and says "zooming is not allowed in full HD" when I try to zoom out. This causes the recorded video to look like crap and noticeably lower quality than the 720p videos I record, especially on a pc..
Does anyone know why this is, if anyone else is having the same problem and if there is any way to fix it?
I can confirm I see the same thing.

Same here!
I got some good results with my videos, but only when i wasn't trying to shoot something up close.
I am really disappointed 1080p was one of the big things I was looking forward to with the GS2 and now I find that it's a lower quality video than the 720p... Hopefully someone has a fix or this is an issue Samsung is working on.

I don't know about the Camera app but I think the Youtube app has been like that for a while. As far as I know that is the normal functionality.
