Pantech Sky A770K stuck on S/W Upgrading showing red screen

Hi Friends!
My Pantech SKY A770K stuck on S/W Upgrading Screen while online upgrade. When I removed the battery and restart the phone it goes again to S/W Upgrading mode but now showing red coloured S/W Upgrading red. It does not going to recovery mode or any thing else. Only S/W Upgrading red screen appears every time. Please help How can I get my phone working again.

Same problem with my Sky A850K :'( please help

not sure if this will help, but what you can try to do is reboot into recovery if the phone is detected by the computer. If phone is detected what you can do is download pdanet for windows (they have a mac version too... i believe) wait till the installation asks you to plug your phone in, then you plug in the phone the proper drivers will be installed. After that has completed you can try to see with (ADB) if your phone is picked up by the computer [adb devices] command. if it shows up a simple [adb recovery reboot] should do the trick.
if not try booting with different combinations of holding down buttons... like Volume Down + power, volume up+ power... etc

Fire TV stucks on white Amazon logo

My Fire TV is not booting anymore. It hangs on white Amazon logo at boot. LED is breathing white. Nothing more happens. I can't get into recovery with Alt+PrtSc+i and Home keys with an USB keyboard . How did it come to this? Fire TV shows updating a new firmware screen then i entered recovery and wiped cache. Now it can't boot anymore. Did I brick my Fire TV? Any change to reanimate Fire TV?

I'm in same boat as you . No matter what I try I can't get into recovery mode

Can we get some videos of whats actually happening. When you press alt + sysreq + i what happens?

Are you getting the white logo screen all the time (meaning you can't get to the home screen at all anymore) or just when you try "adb reboot recovery" ?

Nothing happens at all. After power on Fire TV shows the white Amazon logo. That's it. No homescreen or anything else. Pressing Alt+Sysreq+i does nothing. adb device list is empty.

How was your firetv configured before this?
Did you:
1) Make any changes to host files to block updates?
2) Disable update package to block updates?
3) Install rbox's recovery?
4) Root with towelroot?
5) Install any modified stock roms?
Anything else we should know?

i had similar issue, just called amazon to get it replaced..
if anyone able to fix it please tell us

My Fire TV was out of the box. Just plugged it in and it wants to update the firmware. I switched off power, connected a keyboard, rebooted into stock recovery and wiped cache. After the next reboot Fire TV stucks on the logo. I've never seen the home screen.

Just cache? Try a factory reset which will wipe /data also.

I'm going to point out that when you first run the AFTV it says it's updating, but if you have your router blocked like supposed to, it won't update. Rebooting it at the point is sort of silly, as it's doing stuff to set up the box for ya. So I am not surprised you bricked your machine. Going to have to send it back.

I had the same problem (luckily I got the protect plan)... Anyways the firetv doesn't post its serial numbers anywhere on the outside of the unit, so buy a new one at best buy or wherever and then wait a day or two and return the old/broken one... Then simply say "this **** is to glitchy, I just want a refund"... Problem solved... Best buy can afford it... Lol

Was also facing this problem. In my case this was based on a USB-hub. After removing the hub, the fire tv starts up just fine....

Amazon Firestick TV Stuck on White Amazon Logo
Yesterday, I was using my AFTV when it suddenly stopped working. I cannot get it to respond to anything with my remote. I have unplugged it, pressed numerous button combinations and read countless forums to try and help me resolve the problem. With the screen showing as described have I bricked my firestick? Do I need to by new usb cables? Or is it just completely broken? I hope someone can help. Thank you.

[Solved] Same problem Fire phone stuck at boot logo (breathing but not responsive)
I had a similar issue with Fire Phone.
Have sideloaded Google services and Play and used it for like a month, when it got stuck at boot logo (breathing but not responsive).
I have tried to restart it numerous times, connect it to the PC, but i had no ADB.
Push and hold the Power button for 20 seconds, the phone will vibrate briefly and restart.
It has deleted some shortcuts from GNL, everything else seems to work.

Oneplus 3 hard bricked, mega unbrick guides don't work

I was using my OPO 3 for playing music in car and navigating with google maps. Suddenly freezes and powers off. Tried to power back on, white led problem came up.
After that, tried mega unbrick guide. First with method 1, no luck. Then after doing method 2, got to the point where OPO logo spins but then the phone freezes and weird artifact/dots of line come up top of the screen and phone tries to boot up again only to get stuck again.
Believe this is a hardware problem now? Any ideas what to try? When doing volume down + power boot, chinese writing comes up with one english word being USB.

While the Mega Unbrick Guide still works, the files linked there are not updated. So try again Method 2 with updated files (search).

Question Pixel 6 Pro won't boot / Pixel Rom recovery

Someone on another website told me to visit you guys here!
My Problem is as follows:
So around 6 hours ago my Pixel 6 pro decided to just turn itself off. I tried various methods of starting it, pressing different button combinations etc but it is completely unresponsive. I tried charging it for several hours but that also didn't do anything. The screen won't turn on at all.
The only sign of life that I have is when connecting my phone to my PC via USB and pressing all 3 buttons (Power, Volume up and down) then a device called "Pixel Rom Recovery" will pop up for a little bit. It disappears when letting go of the power button or after around 20 seconds. If I keep pressing the buttons it will apear again and do the same thing.
What I basically wanna know is:
Is there a way to still recover my data?
Is there a way for me to save my device?
I got some more or less important stuff on my phone and it would be a shame if it all was gone.
How ****ed am I?

If you cannot turn on your phone, it'll be difficult to help you. Pressing other 30 sec power button doesn't run ?
In parallel did you contact the Google pixel support ?
It's not to scare you, but I had the same issue on a old Samsung S8 and it was the motherboard 🫤

So this is in fact just an undocumented Emergency Download Mode that Google Custom Exynos SoC has natively built into it in case of the rare event of a bad boot loader.
I’ve been doing an extreme amount of research lately about bootROM’s, how they communicate, the Driver rule support for interfacing with the phone while it’s Pixel ROM Recovery. The viewable name for the Exynos USB DownLoading mode.
Can I get you to dm me on Telegram? It might be helpful to have more people. I’ll be glad to help in getting this figured out. It could help a lot of other people who don’t have a Pixel 6 too

I have the same issue after trying to update to 1205. I see the Pixel ROM Recovery and a COM port.

If you cannot enter fastboot mode, no way to recover your phone.

Was there a solution to this? The same thing happened to me. When I get to the bootloader and hit recovery the screen just goes black.
