Hello everyone,
Yesterday I bought Galaxy A50 and I'm really satisfied with this device.
The only thing that is not working soo far is Samsung Pass. I enter it from the Settings, pass the first screen, type my password, click accept, and after that I get a message like "Samsung Pass is temporarily not available. Try again later.", so I don't know what's the issue.
Of course, it is on stock rom, I set it up yesterday, it's not rooted nor anything else.
Thank you.
are you able to verify your account or not? i had a diff problem while login in, it never accepted password and finally validated whole thing thru email. have a try and let me know.

Hello
Not very competent on the phone, thats my son... anyway he gave me this phone changed to freedom pop with their free 200mins service.
Yesterday morning there was a message stating need to install upgrade to software, since then it has not worked, see photo. I tried installing from cache but it doesnt. My son is out of town and I dont know how to fix this.
I was thinking I should just install software from scratch, but dont know which one, I believe it was rooted. So please help me restore my phone.
Thanks

This phone is synced with an existing google account so there is no way for me to access my new phone
I've never flashed a custom Rom before but would that allow me to get it functional again?
Its been reset and I've used Odin to flash its original rom after screwing the first one up on accident.
Thanks for the help guys.
not sure if this will help or what

Testing
Using this method was able to pass the initial google sign-in twice after about 16 attempts and multiple reboots on my phone and router. Unfortunately, this little bugger continues to send me right back to the sign-in google screen.
As of now I've set up my phone with a Users first and last name, then unchecked all google permissions and finally gone through At&t's Ready To Go prompts.
I'll continue to try this method after my phone charges.
Mission Success
:good: :victory:
Worked just as entended!
Tips for future use :
Wait for router to completely set up before powering the device on again.
D/C router after one second after agreeing to terms. do not wait for software update to start.

Bypass Google Sign-in Successful
Hi everyone,
So my Verizon G4 VS986 recently had a bootloop issue and was sent in to LG to fix the phone. They sent it back and what they said they did was to replace the flash memory. Obviously the phone has been reset and all my data is wiped as warned before I sent the phone in. The phone now boots up but I'm stuck at verify your account. I logged in to my google account on this phone and after two step verification was a success, I still cannot move forward and am stuck at the verify your account.
I looked into this issue online and found that this is part of the Factory Reset Protection built into 5.1. In either case, I did not change my password to my google account at all, it is still the same password, so the 72 hour wait rule shouldn't apply here at all. I also can't bypass the protection either since some of the methods require that you go into the Accessibility as seen here through this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/general/tut-bypass-lg-lock-google-account-t3223518 . My issue is that that Accessibility menu is not present on the initial screen, only language and moving forward.
So what are my options now? Contact LG about my issue or is there a way I can contact Google? Is it possible that the original account information is stored on the flash memory which LG replaced and now the account I need to log in is of some different user? If that's the case, am I forever stuck on this screen and this phone is effectively dead? Or is there something I can do that I haven't discovered yet? If anyone could help, it'd be a great help, thank you.

Since no one has the answer, I'll chime in on my resolution. Call LG, send the phone back in, and they will get it fixed. In my case, they changed the motherboard this time, not only the flash memory. After that, no more verify your account issues. Still was in warranty, not sure if you get a bootloop out of warranty would they still fix it without charging you.
I was recently sold a Sprint Galaxy S6 on Ebay. I got the phone earlier today and im having some trouble. When I turn the phone on it goes straight to some google verification thing. It says I need to enter a previously synced gmail account . Which I obviously do not know. I believe the previous owner did not remove the synced email and just reset the phone without thinking about it. So now im stuck with a phone that is unable to function. Anyway I was curious to see if there was a way to get past this FRP lock that im stuck with. Thanks again. Any suggestion will help.
You have to turn on oem unlocking in developer options. Otherwise the lock will trigger after a reboot on a modified system. To fix it you first need to flash back to stock.
even in stock rom,you can't use the phone
just ask the old owner for google account to unlock it
i got a solution

you have been locked from the "factory reset protection" it happened to my once the only thing that was hard for me was to enter my wifi password then the rest is actually just enter your password to login just make sure you actually have internet connectivity, could you please give us more information?
well i have this problem too earlier on. i was using global beta rom miui10 and decided to flash to china dev rom miui10 for a change. so after flashing it asked me to sign in my mi account, i typed the correct password yet it doesnt log in! so i changed my mi account password using PC and tried to sign in again still no hope. i flashed back miui 9 stable and still its asking me to sign in.. i sign in and it tells me invalid USER ID! after that it gave me a series of number ask me to give to customer care for them to unlock my phone.. plus they need proof of purchase.. i bought my mi6 from a local seller... and now i guess im stuck with CUSTOM ROMS only~~ anyone ever fix or bypass this pls help me out
