Is there any possibility of getting a custom stock Android Rom(or an miui) for Vivo v9 youth?
It's been a long time since the phone launched and there has not been much of updates about this device on XDA.
Waiting for a few ROMs and tweaks !!

Plz we need more roms for Huawei Ascend Mate .Its been so long since i seen new rom for Mate .And the old roms are not even updated anymore. It would be cool if we could have a CyanogenMod 11 weekly or even daily would be even better updates .Or 4.2.2 roms -4.4.2 i seen Kit Kat has even better proccesor speeds and battery improvements for Mate.

I haven't seen an official Kitkat update for the P6-U06 - International Edition (i have the B113, JB 4.2.2 version).
As Huawei seems that it doesn't care about it, i want to update mi stock ROM to a fully functional Kitkat custom ROM.
Which ones are the most recommended???
I've seen versions B5XX, to miui, etc, but with huawei, i haven't worked with updates (i had a samsung cellphone, then an LG G, with which i didn't have problems finding the best ROMs), so i need a little help here.

B510, B511 and B512 are Official International KitKat Updates.
Yep i think there is also an B513 by now
But if you want a custom Rom, there is CyanogenMod 11 (newly arrived!), Paranoid Android and OmniRom
In my opinion CM11 and PA are the best

Since the official update to Android M for G3 will arrive sometime next year, I have an inquiry regarding the rooted devices.
First - sorry for my ignorance. I have never developed a ROM, but I believe that's a pretty difficult process.
My question is, what do you think how long would it take for devs to develop the stock-based Android M ROMs for G3?
I'm asking because I'm not sure will I decide to unroot or wait for the first stock ROMs based on M.

Shouldnt be too long considering the Cyanogenmod team can port most of their work from their Lollipop builds on G3 over to Android M
Lollipop was long because most G3 devices had to be coded from scratch up
as for stock-based custom roms, they should be available pretty soon after the official LG release. Many devs would debloat, add mods, etc, to stock roms as soon as LG releases the stock firmwares for Android M, which will probably be sometime Q1 2016

Hi guys i own a Lg G Pro F240L and need some basic info about kernels and what are compatable custom roms for my phone so here are some questions in my mind:
* what is kernel and how to install it and does a custom rom comes with a kernel as well ?
* If i install a custom rom which is not suitable for my phones version like a custom rom for lg g2 installs on my lg g pro f240L will it brick my device ?
* WHICH CUSTOM ROM CAN I INSTALL ON MY LG G PRO F240L ?
* currently i am using a stock 4.4.4 kitkat on my phone and it lags a bit and is not smoother then i thought previously i was on lollipop and it hangs and lags alot so i decided to flash stock 4.4.4 kitkat a there was a slight difference in speed and smoothness so now i need ur assistance guys.
(i rooted my device with new king root app from playstore)
* what is a custom recovery and what does a custom recovery image do ?

I'm no Android developper but I was wondering if we can have MIUI V7 or V8 on our LG G4 (H815), I think this is a very cool and different rom that would perfectly fit with the device.
