Looks like we're getting the April patch in the actual month of April!
Updated this morning. My touchscreen stopped working. I can use the power- and volume-buttons work and interact with the phone, but the touch functionality stopped working. Forced restart didn't work and I couldn't recover the phone yet. Maybe it was the update.

Hey All,
Are we now in the back of the line since the S8 came out? The last "security patch level" I have is August 1st, which actually is causing a lot of lag (July's patches really sped things up for me).
Has anyone received a more recent update? I have a feeling with the S8 now being out, we may be seeing quarterly updates instead of monthly updates.
Chris
Yeah August is still the latest update. I don't think lag is normal after an update - consider backing up your data and performing a factory reset if you're having problems.
I think they might be working on the Oreo update.
I wiped the cache and things are a lot better with the lag - hoping we get Oreo or at least the security updates continue.
Glad that the wipe made it better. I would be surprised if S7A doesn't get Oreo!
Just attempted to download install the 04-13- 18 update from tmobile for the s9 and it downloads fine. When it starts to install however, it stops at 25% gives me an error message , and reboots. This happening to anyone else?
Did mine this morning and had no problem.
Weird. Just tried mine on wifi and it downloaded much slower but still froze at 2t% when installing. Sucks
Mine worked fine but didn't seem to update anything lol
mine stop on 25%
I just installed the update, it stalled a bit at 25% but then kept going. It includes the March security update. No other details in what else is included.
Mine installed fine this morning. I really wish Tmo included an actual changelog, rather than the usual "various bug fixes" lol.
Mine stops at 25% and restarts too. Haven't been able to get it to download.
Looks like update was removed.

Just checked my updates again and it looks like the security update has been removed.
Hi guys,
I recently upgraded my LG G7 thinq G710EAW to G710EAW10e_00_OPEN_HK_DS_OP_1005 through LG Bridge. Done that the usual way, all went fine.
Now I realize that my fingerprint sensor occasionally stops working. To be precise, after the phone has been idle for a few minutes in my pocket or charging. It takes a few seconds to a few minutes until it starts working again. I did a reset and the issue came back. When the phone is in use, the sensor does work. The LG diagnostic utility also detects the issue.
I have seen another user with an Indian FW has a similar problem. Any ideas?
Cheers,
Boono
Not a single issue with the same firmware.
I have the same issue, but with the Hong kong version (V10e-HKG-XX with October 2018 security patch installed). Seems to be more random for me, about 30% of the time it doesn't work, or only detects my finger after a few seconds, quite annoying. I've already reset my fingerprint but no change.
Just a heads up:
The function 'reset app preferences' in settings does the trick, at least temporarily. The downside is that after using this, you have to allow each app to use certain functions, such as location and VPN again.
Same issue with pie latest update in india. Doesnt work 30% times.
Hi there
Sometimes when I slide down the notification bar and slide right the phone won't slide to the third screen.
I have to then turn the screen of and then on to make it work.
Is this issue faced by others as well ?
Hopefully it's a software bug, my phone is still within the replacement window.
Also is there any rough estimate as to when Asus releases software updates, I know they release security pathes every two months.
Thank you for your time.
Asus is releasing security patch updates every month.
In fact we are at the latest 5 January 2019 security patch.
Regarding your quick toggles, it seems a software issue, try to soft reset the phone.
Hi there
Soft resets don't seem to solve this problem.
But thank you for your time.
Had the fold since the 22nd and really loving it. Few things bugging me. Anyone else experiencing UI Glitches from time to time? Examples are the app tray displaying blank which I had to restart the phone to resolve. Outlook app the mail box panel empty even after a closed the app fully was still blank. Scrolling through twitter and often the display flickers at the bottom? Any other users finding things like this? Hoping for a early update from Samsung to flush any ealry bugs
I am holding it since 23rd and it has absolutely been a godsent device
No issues. No hiccups. 256 gb version.
Maybe an update will resolve the issue for you.
Can't say that I'm experiencing these issues.
A hear most to a fresh install not using smart switch which I did. Maybe the time saving was not worth it? do you still use a backup or literally re install everything
I did use Smart Switch and no glitches. It works flawlessly for me.
There is a OneUI update in the Samsung store I noticed.

Checked the galaxy store just says installed no update
Haven't experienced the issues you've mentioned at all. I've had the ZF4 since Aug. 23.
Chrome beta has a glitch on the tabs, mentioned it right from the start. Sure its just teathing issues with the new chipset. USA have had a firmware (pre launch, not checked if its ahead or in line with European launch firmware) so sure something will be along soon, as the security updates are over a month old too.
