[MOD][SSM_Tribute]Silver Home Button! v1.0 Final

:beer: In memory of the late Silver Speaker Mod for the SGH-i897,
I present to you:
Galaxy S3 Silver Home Button Mod.

you know... it dont look bad at all. Might do this when the paint starts to wear off.

Hows the battery life ?

Haven't had to charge the phone since I performed the mod. I think this mod writes to /mnt/sdcard/new folder...which in turn does absolutely nothing besides enable immortal battery tweak.

Will this trip my flash counter?

I hadn't thought of that until you mentioned it. I just checked and unfortunately it does trip the counter. Before the mod I was at 0, and now it reads over 9000, and no longer samsung official... If attempted make sure you grab a copy of Triangle Away.

I tried the code through terminal emulator and lost root.

Wireless charging NFC/Qi Sticker
Today I install the sticker, but..... wireless charging doesn't work. same charge work fine with Nexus 5

[Q] Screen marks on my Desire HD

One day I was working on my phone and accidentaly dropped it. I think this is the proper reason why I am getting the marks on the screen that keep spreading out. Any of you have any solution for this? Check the pictures down below.

That looks more like a thumbprint.. Maybe water damage?

By the looks it should be SVHD because i was on that for a longtime. About your issue, I recognize you coz you've make a thread couple of months ago i believe. I saw that, Surprised that hasn't fixed yet.
Imo, Its a digitizer issue, i wrote back then and still continuing with it as Screen is completely intact, Just you need to Pop digi. on n off. Now it make require some skill and proper tool otherwise touch issue will make your device inoperable.
So Google for Digitizer replacement on Desire HD, watch some YouTube videos available and do it with patience.
About the ROM, i've sent you a post.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I was running SVHD that time but now I'm on MIUI and I'm having problems with notifications so I'm changing it again. About that thread, I found the fix thanks to someone that replied there, i forgot to flash the boot.img manually as I'm S-ON.

How to know if my note 7 has chinese battery

Hi there, i have a 1 week note 7 which works Good and no problems at all,
Is there a way to know if my Note 7 has a Chinese battery (not affected by failure)
My Note is made in Vietnam SM-930FD

I would like to know too but I think that requires to be opened, ruining the IP68. There is no software I know of that can tell which battery we're on.

I think Samsung should know by serial number or Imei...

I hope soon they will find out, I'm anxious to know if I'm walking around with a time bomb.

check if you have the play store?
as I understand it only the devices intended for China have the "safe" Chinese battery, and China doesn't allow the Google play store to be pre-installed.

note7checking is in the site for checking - worked for my t-mobile made in china Note 7 - confirmed I was ok since I wasn't eligible. couldn't post link as it was blocked and it wasn't easy to find, hopefully googling "note7checking" will work for you

There is a metod to find out...search with google. You need an text editor apk and a file menager to open an system file. Mine is SDI.

One UI 2.1 USA Rollout

I have seen multiple places say Samsung officially said rollout to USA Note 10+s would start on the 3rd. Has anyone gotten the update? Can't find anything about it and can't find any files on SamFirm.

No I haven't seen/heard anything either. I did have an update for the camera app in the galaxy store today but it doesn't appear to have added any of the features they were talking about in 2.1 update.

Did you not read the original post? I said i checked SamFirm and nothing. You got it because your on the 970F which got it first. This is for USA 970U and U1.

You can try using "USC"... This the unlocked USC... This worked for another user on here that has the US unlocked note 10.

No way you got 2.1 using USC it still shows BTB3 as the latest build. That’s the 2.0 build I’m already on.
