This is shown because today is Earth Day

https://www.androidpolice.com/2019/...n-homescreen-search-widget-and-discover-feed/
Google started having animated doodles on the search widget with the first day of spring. There's an option to turn it off if you want.

If you turn one of the main icons (like home, back, and recents) instead of the three dots into the menu button...you can unlock by pressing it.
But the navigation bar isn't visible on the lockscreen :-\

See...
I'm sitting here trying to remember exactly what it was.
And I believe it may simply be for devices with a "hard" menu button?
Sorry...don't remember when it was implemented and when this was answered.
Oh doesn't matter.. thanks for your help anyway

I just noticed when you long press home on JB it gives a kind of shortcut ring. All I see on there is a shortcut to Google now but it would be great to customize it

Also slide upwards from the nav bar and it opens Google now

There is already several threads for JB stuff. Why not use one of them?

Hmmm.. This seems more like a question.
"anybody could do this ?"
Maybe this should have been in the Q & A section.
Right?
I was confused to post it in this forum or the other ...
Thanks for reminding )

Have the att lg pro running original fw though it has been rooted to run folder mount. I would like to be able to use miracast with my phone. Is there an easy way to enable this feature?

Hi
I somehow now have a persistent icon for my files in the bottom left.
I cannot find any way to shift it.
See pic below.
Any ideas anyone? It's doing my nut in.
