I have samsung s4 mini I9195 i want to enable volte in my device i tried some custom roms like lineage 15, aokp etc... but it didn't enable volte..... my device only work on LTE network... PLEASE tell me is there any way to enable volte in my device.
There is no way to enable volte since drivers are proprietary :/

Yes It can with another method.
Buy a new phone that has hardware support for it.
no serious.
This is has been asked hundred of times and a search would given you the answer.
That is a hardware feature and can't be added with software.
Only thing a rom or kernel does is activate the hardware

I have a Galaxy S4 Mini Duos (I9192). Models I9190, I9192 and I9195 have the same chipset (MSM8930AB). I already tried to install a I9195 ROM and I can't get RIL working (as expected). But I think it's possible to get this working. What modifications I need to do in the ROM to get it working?
I know that are modifications in framework and kernel modules. But how can I do this? Even if only SIM1 works...

I really need it, I am on Jio (India) Network and my device is tuhl running Marshmallow.
Phone is Rooted - TWRP - Xposed
Please let me know if there is any possible solution.

Guys...Install Lollipop Version of At&t official OS. It has Enhanced HD Voice calling feature. It means the VoLTE feature.
Simply goto HTC At&t official site and download Lollipop OS for your phone.

No as N900T does not support the following frequency what my carrier supports,but I need to get atleast 3G i couldn't get that too
