Recently (last week or two) tilt-to-wake has stopped working, and the option to enable it no longer exists on the on-watch settings menu.
The toggle for tilt-to-wake is still present in the Wear OS phone app (under Advanced settings) but even when on, the tilt-to-wake functionality no longer worked. The only way to wake the watch is to tap the screen or press the side-button.
Anyone else noticed this? It is driving me mental!
Cheers
Uhh... scratch that. After rebooting watch, new Google App was installed and it is back to working as normal! Should have tried that first.

Hello everyone,
I am having some troubles with stock Camera. It randomly forcecloses when launched.
It doesn't happen always, it actually happens rarely, but sometimes it did while I was in need of a quick pic.
It happens both in landscape and in portrait mode, even if launched with quick setting (volume down button).
I've looked for similar issues around xda and the web; most of them were solved in Lastpass settings, which I don't have.
This is happening recently; before Christmas I updated my firmware to 3.28.401.7 and flashed Android Revolution 22.1 and everything works fine since then except, occasionally, camera.
How can I fix this?
Thank you
Couple folks have reported camera force closed issues due to the "Ok Google" being enabled for any screen, conflicting with the Sense camera.
In the Google app, tap the 3-line menu button (upper left), go to Settings>Voice>"Ok Google" Detection, and verify the "From any screen" option is OFF.
Could be something else causing the issue, but this is what came to my mind.

The option is already OFF and I've had this issue since before I updated the Google app.
Thank you for your support though.
I thought that this could fix with the first eventual update. It did not.
Any tips?
Please!
I just bought it yesterday and the watch has been updated to 5.0.2. Cant find findthis settingin andoird wear app as the image attached. I live in Taiwan and pair with lg g3. Tks you guys
When you are on that screen, tap on the item that says "Asus Zenwatch Connected" and you'll see the option to adjust tilt & wake.
thank you very much for the advise I was trying to find that setting aswel.
Buggy Zenwatch keeps turning on twist to wake even though set to "Off"!

My Asus Zenwatch has been buggy as heck lately after the last few firmware updates. The main issue now is that the watch face lights up and comes on whenever I move or twist my arm or hand even though I've set and reset the shake to wake setting to "Off". I've tried resetting and rebooting the watch to no avail. I've noticed that the battery life on my watch has shortened now too as it does not even last a full day! I also used to be able to tap the watch face one time to wake it. Now it does not wake up unless I tap the face two or more times. Sometimes it can't wake up at all and is dead until I press the power reset button on the back of the watch.
It is also constantly vibrating every now and then every few minutes as if I got some notification or lost connection with the phone when none of those activities really happen. It just vibrates and then when I twist my arm up to look at it, it wakes up and lights up even though I have "Shake to Wake" mode turned "OFF"! WTF?

I know you said you reset your watch, but have you done a full factory reset? That should fix just about anything wrong with it...
If that doesn't work, try to pair it temporarily with another phone or perform a factory reset on your phone. Maybe there is an app on your phone causing the watch to go haywire.
Go to setting on Zenwatch and search system update, you will go to 5.1.1, the best version I have see on this watch. Then do a factory reset.
I think this will go fine

No that was not the problem. I was already on the latest updated firmware for awhile when all this bugginess happened. Factory resetting the watch did not help.
I did finally uninstall the Android Wear and the Asus Zenwatch Manager apps and cleared those apps data and cache. Then reinstalled them. Did this several times until I got the watch to connect properly and successfully and stay connected. I adjusted all the settings on the phone app itself instead of from the Asus Zenwatch itself and that seems to have fixed my issues. Twist to wake is really "Off" now and the watch does not keep vibrating every few minutes. So hopefully this will not get corrupted again in time (as it seems to have before).
Hi,
recently I started to use bluetooth because I bought a smart watch which requires bluetooth for smart notifications, ... Its been working great, until one day. Every time I didnt use smartwatch, I turned bluetooth off. And one day I tapped the icon to turn it on, and the bluetooth icon stayed pressed for a 5-6 seconds and then it went back white which means, it did not turn on. I tried everything, reboot, safe mod, recovery mode, force stop, ... Nothing worked. Then I did factory reset, which changed everything and bluetooth started to work again, but not for very long. After 2 days, exactly same thing happend and I have no idea what to do. Im pretty sure its a software problem, but no idea how to solve it. Please any ideas??
Thanks a lot.

Found this on another forum... I had the same problem and it got solved by following this.
What you need to do is clear the Bluetooth Share app cache and data, then perform a Network Settings Reset. I'd recommend doing it in that specific order.
First, open App Manager from Settings menu. Then use the three vertical dots on the top right to open the options. Select "Show System". Scroll to the Bluetooth Share app, and open up it's settings. Tap Storage. Tap Clear Cache, wait a moment, the cache will clear to 12.00KB. Now tap Clear Data.
Next, open the main Android settings again. Go to Backup & Reset, then Network Settings Reset. Tap Reset Settings and enter pin, if prompted. Tap Reset Settings one more time.
After that completes, which should be fairly instantly, try to turn on your Bluetooth. It should turn on! Yahoo! Let me know if this works for you!
Thanks to the original poster (I cannot post links here).
I have run into a strange behaviour with my Z2.
I've now tried 2 cleanly flashed ROMs (AICP and RR) and with both I get the exact same issues:
Every now and then U-touch functions seem to reset to some predefined actions without the settings itself being changed nor is the keylayout file changed:
Tap is back, press does nothing, double press opens camera, swipe left does nothing, swipe right opens menu. Screen rotation stops working as well and advanced reboot options are gone as well. There might be other issues as well but when ever I run into the previously mentioned issues I just restart the phone and all settings are back to normal.
What could be causing this? It does not seem to be a hardware issue per se, as I would imagine the touch button would to stop responding altogether. Now it just resets to some weird predefined actions.
Could this be about the baseband ppl seem to be mentioning everynow and then?
I've attached screenshot of my baseband.
This has something to do with the "system profiles". I have been using them once I understood how handy they are.
I just got the bug again when my profile changed from "default" to "home". I changed back to default and disabled the whole profile system and my screen started to rotate and u-touch actions returned to those that I have set.
Is this "system profiles" thingy a CM/LOS feature? Where should I nag about this?
This is indeed a LOS14 issue.
Faster workaround than rebooting is to switch wifi off ( or what ever is the trigger u got) and lock and unlock the phone one time normally and then activate wifi to enable "home" profile again.
Hi,
Since the April update I got an issue with my pixel: every time I cover the front sensor (camera and/or light sensor), the screen goes off for a little time. This is like a pocket mode, but I don't find the setting in the Pixel menu. Does anybody knows how to fix this?
Interesting.....not experiencing the same. GL!
I just rebootet my phone and the issue was gone! Strange...

I assume you are using the default Google Dialer and you've checked it's the default dialer when you go to Android Settings --> apps --> default apps: Phone App.
If this happens again, clear storage on the Phone App and then enable all permissions including advanced options. The way to get into app permissions: long-press on phone app shortcut, app info, then under storage; clear storage. in the same 'app info' window, enable any options under 'advanced' such as display over other apps.
I did experience this a few weeks ago when using a different dialer/phone app (Koler).
