Do getprop ro.bootloader in Terminal Emulator or through ADB shell to find out which bootloader you have

Using F2FS
What it is? Wikipedia
To use it you should first convert your EXT4 partitions through recovery, before installing this ROM.
On PhilZ:
Wipe and format options->custom format options->toggle ext4 f2fs migration
Format cache->f2fs
Format data and data/media-> f2fs (Warning: internal storage is formatted, make a backup of your personal data before doing this!)
On TWRP:
Download and install this TWRP version: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24269982086988952
Wipe->advanced wipe
Select cache->change or repair file system->f2fs
Select data->change or repair file system->f2fs (Warning: internal storage is formatted, make a backup of your personal data before doing this!)
Now you can install this ROM following installation steps in post above

In official 5.1 no. It should be fixed on some next release. BTW i know that exists a xposed module to fix it. In that thread i have read that on cm12 is useless because a patch for fixing memory leak has been already apllied. I don't know if it's already included in this rom

I just know that this problem is annoying as hell and very "intrusive", i.e. I see it all the time on my phone, every app which is closed for 5 minutes or so, sometimes even seconds, has to be reloaded...

Forgot to mention: VOLTE is supposed to work according to some testers.
For camera use MotoCamera.
Next build will contain kernel patches like Kcal (display color management) for those who have burn-in.

Release 0.5
As of many user ask me to add support of MIUI variant, start with this version and later will support it. But i won't accept kind of bugs comes from MIUI based rom. Because this kernel using lineage tree as based, which some of dummy codes from Xiaomi Opensource are not merged into lineage. And also there are fews driver was introduced in the lineage tree but not supported in the MIUI. There might some of debug codes required by MIUI but not implemented in the kernel. This why i warn you to use lineage based rom for better experience with kernel based on lineage tree.
Changelogs :
Add support for MIUI based ROM (Stupid idea)

Not Working
-
Keep in mind that some LineageOS features have not been completed yet this is not a device bug and please do not report those
in this rom thread, also do not post bug reports for known issues or bug reports without proper
a) Logcat
b) proc/last_kmsg (or proc/kmsg)
c) data/tombstones
d) dmesg
Install gapps right after installing the rom itself don't try to boot to system before that if you want to use gapps (Or wipe data before installing them)
Make sure gapps you decide to use support android 12L/12.1/Are targetting api level 32
Also make sure you are using latest official TWRP before installing rom older versions do not have proper android 12 support
If you want to use Magisk use latest Magisk Beta (25.0) or Magisk 24.1, there is bug in 24.3 that was fixed after its release that prevents zygisk from working on some devices with 3.18 kernel

Not for me (930FXXU8ETI2).
All good expect some LOS functions, but that is due to LOS.

Such incidentals as brightness control sliding across status bar. No idea, i don't need most of it at all.
Pretty great work. The fast charging seems to be busted though. Took 30 minutes to charge from 50% to 60%.

I had the same Problem after the first reboot. Just flash twrp again using heimdall, then everything works fine again

Or long press "back" to kill an app, long press "home" to go back to previous app. Nothing bad though
There seems to be an issue with build.prop. I increased volume steps there, restarted and nothing has changed. The same method is working in LineageOS 18.1.
Upgrade was smooth from 18.1 with Nikgapps R and Action Launcher.
Flashed latest TWRP - 3.6.latest;
Wiped system, cache, Dalvik but not data;
Installed zips lineageos 19, Nikgapps S full, Magisk 23, all in a row, reboot system took about as long as expected.
All apps data, wi-fi passwords app PINs, hotspot and launcher settings kept, although permissions for all apps seem to be reset to default, but Magisk SU permitted apps kept.
Nice and smooth phone calls are fine but I hate, HATE that wi-fi and mobile internet are in one quick settings now requiring and extra step to get wi-fi networks list.
Haven't tested music with The Good Headphones yet but will
Thanks to @Ivan_Meier as always
PS any f2fs support for cache or system and exFAT for ext_sdcard?

I cannot confirm this.
Fast charge started at 50%, after 26 minutes the battery is at 87%.
In 26 minutes 37% charge I would call very fast!
