Hi guys.
I have a lot of lag on my phone with MIUI 10, before reinstalling MIUI10 I was with the Pixel Experience and then Havoc, then I decided to go back to MIUI10, but now it's with lag, when I open recent applications or I go into some application the system does not is fluid. Remembering that when I was in HAVOC OS I installed the Insigniux Kernel. Can someone please help me?
And... Sorry for my bad English
How did you installed Miui ROM from custom ROM ??
It's always recommend to use fastboot ROM method while switching to stock ROM from custom ROM.

Okay I will try to install stock rom via fastboot and flash miui.eu with TWRP
Thanks sir!
The issue is flashing Magisk at the same time as rom. Flash Rom, wait til it boots then go back to TWRP and flash Magisk and you will be OK

You don't have to worry about antirollback..
Your device will be bricked if you try to flash 9.5.17 or older version
But you can flash any MIUI ROM from 9.5.19 and newer
Antirollback doesn't apply to custom ROM
Just keep two things.
Flash latest Miui ROM
Flash custom recovery (first boot into recovery and then flash recovery from recovery)
Wipe everything
Flash custom ROM
Flash gapps
Thats all
Do not flash any older firmware. Your device will not be bricked a long as you are flashing latest available miui ROM

Stock ROM with locked bootloader... I like official update (I have tried all the custom ROMs on my previous phone so )
Hello.
I have a bootloader unlocked, twrp and a custom rom (now its havoc) and I had Xiaomi.eu too.
There is any way to back to global miui without brick my phone?
Thank you.
will not brick the device.
There are two ways to install MIUI for you:
1) Use MI Flash to install the Stock-ROM through fastboot (you will have the option to lock the bootloader or not, and you will lose the TWRP)
2) Download the ROM that is installed by Recovery and install as any ROM. (You will not miss the TWRP)

he may have done something wrong, it happens, but if you do it right you will not have the bricked device.
First rom with arb v4 was 9.5.19, so u can install anything from this to latest 10.2.0.1 (imo best choice). You cant brick phone unless you try to flash older roms.

Wrong information... One can easily install any ROM between 9.5.19 to 10.2.1
Use fastboot method to return back to global stable

Probably she flashed older version of Oreo ROM (below 9.5.17 version)
And MIUI based on android pie is around the corner for our device.. After installing android PIE miui ROM there is no chance to install Oreo based miui ROM
I want to flash latest miui pie fastboot ROM. Do I need any precautions, anything else to avoid brick and if I need to get back can I just flash miui Oreo roms?
Yes, same question.

No, you don't have to worry about anything as long as you are using official flashing method
Yes you can flash 10.2.2 fastboot ROM after flashing 9.3.28 android pie beta ROM
Use 9.3.28 fastboot ROM and flash it using MiFlash
Hai

Hello guys how u doing...
My question is what is the difference between Fastboot And Recovery ROM in terms of what files they have.
I know Recovery ROM can be flashed by recovey and fastboot is used when phone's recovery in not accessible.
If i am on android 9 (MIUI 11.0.3.0) and i want to downgrade to oreo (9.5.19) can i flash this 9.5.19 recovery ROM directly via custom recovery or Use mi flash tool. Please tell me the reason why u choose either method

For upgrade/reflash/downgrade MIUI always use fastboot ROM and chose clean install. Custom recovery is better for rooted devices OTA MIUI update and for custom ROM's. And if you gonna play with ROM's be smart and unlock bootloader for easy fix if something goes wrong aka (un)bricking device.
Good luck

I'd be interested in this question too. Is there any difference in what those versions contain?
Fastboot ROMs are much bigger usually, like double the size. Is this only due to the recovery versions beeing compressed (better), or do the fastboot versions contain additional data?
