Hi all,
Any know any good lenses that will work with the S10 plus? (Fish eye, wide angle etc)
Moment Lenses from B&H work great, but they are EXPENSIVE!
To use the lenses, you have to use their phone case as well. So it's gonna cost you a bit. The case itself is $39.99, so just imagine the lenses.
Any BH link handy? Perused the site but i didn't see anything for S10+
TIA!

I ordered one of the generic lenses for phone camera from amazon. These lenses are a good addition but not perfect.
You can check out the sample pictures here
Below is the order in which the pictures where uploaded.
1. Photo using the stock app. No lens,
2. Macro
3. Without Macro
4.Wide Angle
5.Macro
6.Attachment Rings
7.Fish Eye
8. Same subject as image #5 without macro lens
9.Macro
10. TeleZoom
Amazon Link.
I took the photos in Manual Mode with 20MP, Image stablisation On, Average Focus.
Very expensive for what it is, a quick search on Amazon or eBay and you will find much cheaper alternatives.

I was looking at few lenses available for smart phone and was thinking of picking them up and try them. Have you guys bough/tried any good lenses with the Z1? I was planning on getting this one.

I built one of these DIY microscope stands that uses the lens from a cheap laser pointer strapped to the phone: Smartphone-to-digital-microscope-conversion/
I've gotten some spectacular images (and video) of microscopic subjects.

hmm looks cool. But i was looking for something like the macro, zoom lenses. I dont see anything that is made for the Z1. Most are for the samsungs S3/4 or Iphones

I tried them out not very good picture quality cheap glass=crap results. But for the price if you want to see for yourself go ahead.
I saw your link and $19 for something like that is very expensive, you can find similar lens accessories for a lot less.

I ordered one of the detachable lenses from amazon and they are here!. Will test and post about them soon.
When you post please include some full resolution examples of the shots you have taken with the lens attached and for comparison purposes perhaps the same shot without the lens.

So I've read many mentioning that the ring on our lenses work with some fisheyes to hold the lens in place. Also, I've heard it messes with stabilization. Can someone point me in the right direction?

i bought one set of lenses (fish eye, macro and wide lens).
and yes theoretically, n5 camera supports these lenses as it has a magnet around the camera but i faced some problems (idk if it was a problem with the lens i bought or a design flaw of the phone)
The macro lens attached alright but the fish eye lens couldnt stay in place (as it is bigger and heavier). i corrected that issue by attaching a metal ring around n5 camera and hence the lens's magnet stick perfectly on that metal ring
and i didnt noticed much difference in stabilisation.

What lens kit did you get? I've been looking specifically for a macro lens for the N5 but I can't get a straight answer from anybody on polarity consistency. Here are the lenses I am looking at:
http://www.amazon.com/Leegoal-Detachable-iPhone-Camera-Smaller/dp/B005C3CSXC/
http://www.amazon.com/VicTsing®-Fish-Eye-Magnetic-Easy-Use-connected/dp/B00QIGOKRE/
http://photojojo.com/store/awesomeness/cell-phone-lenses/
The Photojojo lenses are the only ones I have been told have consistent magnet polarity, so they should always work on the N5, but they aren't higher quality than the Chinese knock-offs so their price isn't really justified.
Anyone have a good recommendation?

I use the magnetic lens from Photojojo. I actually put the stick- on ring on my OEM OnePlus case, then stick whichever lens I'd like to use. I've got the wide angle, macro, fisheye, and telephoto. They work great. The macro lens is VERY amazing. It let's you get extremely close!
Hope this helps!
P.S. I'm not affiliated with photojojo. Just a happy customer.

Here ya go: http://photojojo.com/awesomeness/cell-phone-lenses?a6nv
Enjoy!
Also, if you're into photography like me... I bought a cell phone tripod mount on Amazon for cheap & also a Bluetooth shutter trigger. Both are handy for macro shooting. Gets rid of the little movement out hands make - that totally ruin macro shots.

And yes i'm into photography , i already have the tripod mount , it helps a lot and i like it.
Found this little thing and wow its incredible! The s7 edge already has an amazing camera but I feel like I own a DSLR now!!
Improve your cameras quality!!!!
Could you give more details about your experience with this product? Some sample pictures and maybe even some links to the product would be welcome!

All of that is in the video. But I'll update the thread when I get back home. This lens overall is great there is a bit of black border but not on all devices my one plus three has no issue but phone with wide angle cameras like the s7edge will have a very small black borders at the corners. There is an updated version that I ordered which I am excited for.
Do you recommend that? https://tr.aliexpress.com/item/AUKE...gree-Fisheye-Lens-Wide-Angle/32630818509.html
Or better lens for my oneplus 3t?
The price seems decent but not know how's the quality
The rear camera on Moto G5 Plus is too far off from the top edge of the phone - almost 1 inch or more down. The existing clip on lens I had for my Moto X 2014 does not fit on it any more.
Any suggestions on clip on lens options which will fit Moto G5 Plus?
P.S: Yes, clip on lenses - especially the 10x macro ones - are amazingly good for any decent smartphone camera, if you are into that sort of photography. Pro Tip: Try making a video with a 10x macro clip on lens with whatever phone you have - say, of an ant moving across grass - and you would be amazed!
Got mpow lens from Amazon for RS 800 and they fit perfectly. Have tried the macro and wide angle lens and they are pretty neat.

Try the photojojo sets. They're really nice, and use magnets to attach instead of clips so they're truly universal

You could try this lens from Amazon. It's adjustable so it may be what you're looking for.
