Can i build ressurection remix and/or slimrom android 9 pie for redmi 5a?

I'm searching for a Custom Rom for my Redmi Note 5 Global (whyred) which has great battery life and performance. Can you help me? I think that Resurrection Remix is great, but i haven't tested it.
I have tried SyberiaOS, Pixel Experience and HavocOS with many kernels on HavocOS especially. Best combination I found is

Try superior os easily gives 9hrs battery
Try LineageOS 16.0
I am a Xiaomi Mi 8 lite user. I saw that MIUI stopped updating, and PixelExperience stopped updating too, which made me sad. I like the PixelExperience system very much, so I hope someone can continue to maintain the MI 8 lite pixelexperience system, thanks!

install miui eu or any other Aosp Rom
I was a pixel experience user several months ago and now have flashed back to MIUI. The main reason is that I find the latest Pixel Experience some annoying bugs. But its support to GCam is really cool. I strongly recommend to maintain this OS as well.
