Hello.I am not sure, but i think that there are no lineage os treble rom.Be very carefully, because for this stupid arb, you can brick your phone.. If somebody find correctly working gsi with WORKING dual camera, let's write.thanks

I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 (Global) with
MIUI Global 9.5.19.0 on Android 8.1
--> so the Rollback Protection is ENABLED
and I would like to flash a xiaomi.eu ROM. Specifically I would like to downgrade the device to version MIUI 9.3 8.3.1 based on Android 7.1.
Is it safe? Can I proceed without triggering the rollback Protection?

its not safe. you can but you need to modify some files to make that particular rom version fwless.
search there are like 2 threads that tells you how to make rom FW-LESS
Is possible install Android 12 GSI in chiron ?

Actually , if you are not familiar with terms GSI and Treble, this rom is really not suitable for you and for your phone.. Just ignore my recommendation..

Better to find what you need from custom rom first. Your mind is thinking of LOS. But it don't have maintainer. They just build 1 or 2 build and drop.
And don't trust YouTubers too much. They made review for more views more than daily rom for users.

Why shouldn't it be possible? You need the LOS source and the device source, make changes and compile. Why arent you asking the developer, it is DarkJoker360, the maintainer of the official crDroid ROM for this device.

I have a Poco F3 but i dont know how to update the phone to miui 14? i was told, that you have to update the phone yourself by flashing it?, Is that true??

Believe me, there is no major differeces betwwen miui 14 and the previous 13 on poco devices, but it's noticeable in xiaomi . So, I suggest to install xiaomi eu rom of xiaomi k40. and there is another good rom is called miuivn rom.
I suggest you dump that tracker loaded OS period and install a aosp rom Like Arrow
If you are in global miui the only good feature you can get is copy text from an image in my opinion. But if you want to experience all the miui14 features use xiaomi.eu
