Hello.
I bought this phone (MI A2 Lite) for about one week ago. Phone worked worked well, but today, when I turned it on, noticed black vertical line in the middle of the screen. pls see screenshot link down. I restarted the phone, but the line is not disappeared. then I did a factory reset, but nothing changed. Is this a software bug or hardware problem?
please suggest me what to do to fix the problem.
thanks.

So, up until today my One X has been free (apparently) from any faults or glitches.
However today, the screen looked like a giant bar code (until I touched the screen again) - after displaying the same image of text for about five minutes. The screen also occasionally had a slim 'wavy' like line at the side of the screen - is this that 'screen flickering' issue? Then I went on to battery stats and I have the weird line where it hasn't reset after charging and instead appears to have magically recharged since last being plugged in (when actually, I had the phone charging while turned off).
Has there been any fixes for these, or is it a hardware issue?

Hi,
After screen digitizer replacement, I've found that the proximity sensor works very strangely.
Sometimes, it can spot something and stops showing as "covered", but immediately after reboot, it always shows as "covered". That is, the distance detected is always at ZERO cm (near) and never goes to 5 cm (far) as it should be.
How am I supposed to fix this? The "Proximity Fix" app does not help.
How do you fix this after screen replacement?
As you see in the attached picture, the "sensor last covered for" value keeps increasing every millisecond. In this screenshot you see it as 7000 something ms.

Hi, I have a old ZE550ML that had a dead battery. In fact, I abandoned the phone beacuse it bricked two times (bootloop and black screen) due to the faulty battery. Now I bought a new battery and I followed the unbrick guide but I'm facing a new problem. I can hear the phone booting and entering Android. If i touch the screen I hear sounds but all I can see when I unlock the phone is a grey halo.

If I long press the power button while in Android, sometimes the display changes to this:
The screen was working before the last bootloop. Is the screen broken?
Thanks
EDIT: I discovered that if I twist the phone, the display works, so I think it might be a cable problem

Hey all,
Has anyone else encountered this display issue?
Basically the screen is rotated to portrait and half is cut off.
I hold the reset button with a pin and it reboots, and even the boot logo is rotated! After 10 or so force reboots, it orients correctly. But then when waking up from standby it messes up again.
Have updated to latest MCU and software, but keeps presenting itself randomly.
Please help, Dasaita have pretty poor customer service!

Hi, I am testing latest A12 firmware (upgraded from A11). Can anyone explain if the left screen (one that is symbolised by little hamburger icon on 2nd screen) can be turned off? I deleted all "stories" from there but remaining elemnts persist and I'd like to get rid of the whole screen/desktop as it's useless for me. TIA.

Hi, just go to Home screen & Lock screen settings and disable Smart assistant
You can't. I have the T-Mobile version updated to Android 12 and OnePlus took away the option to turn that screen off.
