When I try to install Flashmode Drivers it´s okay, but the Fastboot Drivers I can´t install, I always get an error.

Hi everybody,
My Xperia Arc is unlocked and rooted.
I installed the new firmware LT15i_4.0.A.2.368_Generic Global.img with fastboot.
Everything went smooth, no error message. But now my phone doesn't boot anymore, as it hangs on SE logo.
When I try to flashtool, I have an error message: turn on Unknown Sources and Debuging.
I can't do this as I can't boot my phone.
What shall I do ?
I tried hard reset with no sucess.
I can boot in clockword mode with fastboot, but then?
TY for any help
was that a rooted image u flashed?
i suggest you may flash the FTF file first using flashtool then you fastboot the rooted image
I already tried to flash the generic .tft file.
The device is repaired.
First I relock the phone with flashtool using Xperia relock bootloader.ftf.
Then, I flashed the generic LT15i_3.0.1.A.0.145_Global Customized.ftf.
Now back with the phone, and will upgrade, root and unlock.

Are you sure this is an error message? in flashtool you always get this message after the process is finished.
When you start up the device, go to settings>applications>
check 'unknown sources' and then tap 'development' check 'usb debugging'

I've used MiFlash Tool, and the problem was fixed. Sahara Error occurs when you take to much time to flash after booting to EDL, you only have few seconds to flash util the port is closed for writing. QFIL takes around 20 to 25 seconds in caching the files so use MiFlash and It'll flash. Best way to do it is:
1. Install and setup MiFlash for flashing.
2. Open MiFlash and select your Firmware's folder.
3. As soon as you connect the phone refresh miflash and hit flash.
If everything goes well you'll flash will be successful else try again.
I tried doing as fast as a could too on mi flash and it would come up as trying to connect to com4 port something in the status and would eventually come back to same error in the picture.

I face this problem in windows 10.
first uninstall zuk drivers and qfill and disable driver signature enforcement (Google it how to do it) then install zuk drivers and qfill use original cable and your phone will get flashed

Follow the instruction from this post
https://forum.xda-developers.com/lenovo-zuk-z2/how-to/zuk-z2-baseband-flashing-guide-t3715121
Do not listen to anyone telling you to use miflash, only use qfil otherwise you WILL encounter other issues because qfil is the only way to reach the deeper partitions that mi is unable to... Other issues may range from no volte, calling or signal problems etc its just easier to do it right the first time.
I'm not sure if this is where I need to post this but I need some help with my XA2. I used sonys tool Emma to flash stock firmware to my xa2 and now I am in a boot loop. The device will not show up in Fastboot mode (it did before flash). I tried to update the driver of the device in windows and it now gives me error 10. I then loaded up the sony mobile flasher by androxyde and it tells me after USB debugging is off and it was on before. Also when I boot to the bootloader the top led is now green and not blue. If someone on here has any advice I would be very grateful.
