Youtube doesn't work for me, audio works but video is always black, and instagram videos doesn't work also.
I've tried wiping default from android 8 LineageOS 15.1
I've tried any PIe .img and all have the same problem with youtube app and instagram app....
Maybe codecs problems, any ideas?
Not too sure what your problem is. It's working fine here.
i think that is brightness fix problem. try 'all in one fix' in here.

My Acro S is running Beanstalk 4.4.278. Great rom so far but 1080p playback (specifically on MX Player) does not work. Freezes and reboots my phone when I try. 1080p recording with latest Google Camera works like a charm but its frustrating I can't view any of them. I haven't tried playback on any other video players though. I removed the video player that came with KitKat or the rom btw so I can't try that too.
Any help or advice?

Just tried it (since I had never tried it before you mentioned it) and it works fine. The video is a little juttery, but I can live with that.
Running BeanStalk v4.4.285, on the same phone.. Kernel is 3.4.0-Evovle-v1.11+ [email protected]
I think you might want to upgrade to the latest version - that might fix it.

There are two that are a bit annoying (again, not everyone has these though, so you might get lucky).
1. Sometimes when a call comes in, the screen will either stay blank and take a while to light up (by which time the caller has hang up)
2. Sometimes streaming a video online (with any player, not just MX) will crash and force the device to reboot when you try to exit watching the video.
These are the two major issues that I find on my phone. Never the less, I still prefer this version to stock, so I have been using it for more than a month now and I am very happy.

I've been using Redmi 1S since last 1 year. I'm currently running CM 14.1 and I always switch between roms.. Few days back I reverted back to miui 8 v.8.2.1.0 and everything was working fine until I figured out this issue with the Youtube app which is not allowing me to play videos at 60fps while I was able to do so on every other rom I've tried & yes I make sure that the video was in 60fps.. The same video was playing at 720p 60fps on other roms but not on miui 8.. I did everything to figure out the solution.. I can play at 720p but not at 60fps.. I've also searched everywhere to solve the problem but none of them worked.. If anyone else facing the same issue or know how to solve this, please do let me know..

Since changing from stock 8.1 to lineageos 15.1 it seems that video playback getting worse (stuttering) . The video ins't smoth anymore in different apps (Amazone Video Prime, VLC and other players).
I cleared app cache and dalvic cache in twrp. After that it seems to be better, but after a while it's getting wors again.
Has somebody oberved the same issue?
So now I've found out that the app "Navbar" is the malfactor. If it is activ the video playback is more jerky.
Hi, my daughter has been using my tablet to atend the online school, before, i have been using resurrection remix and lineage os but when we tried tu use zoom we noticed there is no audio output on the tablet, i have not tested another meeting apps but with other apps like youtube, netflix, games etc works right, i flashed the stock rom again to test and it worked, but the stock rom connection is very laggy, she cannot hear her classes because the video sounds very bad, i tried with my computer and the meeting goes perfect and then, i tried once again with custom roms, i have flashed lineage os 14.1 and mokee but zoom desnt work with none of this, i cannot lend my pc to mu daughter because i need it to my work, does anyone has tested zoom in some custom rom and its working? my tablet is T800.

I'm getting a bug when I install a GSI on my MOTO G20 where all the videos play with weird colors. It happens with everything that moves, even with the camera.
I've tried changing some colors settings but only corrected the camera, while the videos keep playing with that weird colors.
I don't know if it happens with builds lower than Android 13. I only have tried Android 13. I've tested the LineageOS GSI, AncientOS GSI, the Google GSI, and the only one that don't have the bug is Google GSI. I think that the custom GSIs have some setting that makes that bug happen.
I will test Android 12 custom roms and see if it happens too.
I use this phone on my day-to-day, so that bug means a lot for me.
If someone could help me solving that it would be great!!

When I had this phone, I had the same issue on Android 13 GSIs. This didn't happen on Android 12, so you might want to try an A12 GSI, as I couldn't find a fix for it and I don't own it anymore.
