[Kind of Bricked?] Can't flash/recover (Unlocked, S-ON)

Hey.
I'm not exactly an advanced user, much less a pro, but i've done a bit of researching the past 10 hours...
7 months ago, a few weeks after unlocking bootloader and flashing a modified stock rom, phone crashed, stuck forever at htc logo and no OS. Tried to find a fix then, to no avail. And because i hate giving up, i've come to you guys.

Formatting or attempting to erase any of the partitions i should normally be able with an unlocked bootloader give the same FAILED (remote: not allowed) error.

Ironically, the following gives ok, but does nothing on the phone, which only freezes and makes fastboot unusable until the battery and cable are removed. If i've understood correctly this was supposed to boot the recovery image without flashing it?

Also called HTC in a desperate action about an hour ago, but they're still looking for the frecks they never gave, and want me to pay for it to be serviced. It was a good phone, hence why i want it fixed, but not so good to give another 20€ for them to look at it PLUS who knows how much they will charge me for the mobo. It's just not worth it. Not to mention they're "outsourcing" the technical support to a different company.

Make sure you have enabled adb debugging in the development settings of your phone
Make sure you have copied & pasted the code correctly - it does say to first copy and paste it into a text editor & I think from memory you have to delete all the line spacings so

HTC One M9 bricked bootloop, bootloader unlocked, s-off... help!

Hello, first time poster. i flashed a rom viperone m9 6.2.0. after that, the bootloop started, when I enter recovery mode, the message appears "Keep System Read Only?", the all partitions can not be mounted, and the message shown in red is "Failed to mount '/system' (invalid argument)". When I try to format the partition: Formatting System using make_ext4fs..: Failed to mount '/system' (invalid argument), and try to repair file system: Reparing System using e2fsck...: 7sbin/e2fsck -fp /dev/block/mmcblk0p66 process ended with ERROR:8, Unable to repair System
I can enter into dowload mode, and try to install RUU.ZIP by the sdcard method and it does not work, then i try flash firmware with fastboot , but the bootloop started when rebootRUU

If you can't boot in "fastboot oem rebootRUU" the NAND is probably dead, I'm sorry...

HTC Desire 300 Bootloader loop or Freeze on logo with 7 vibrations

Hello as in topic.
I cant fix this. When i turn the phone on there's logo and 7 vibrations and phone hangs out.
If I use VOL DOWN + POWER and run Fastboot phone is recognized by windows and cmd fastboot but when I go to Bootloader phone is not recognized (USB enumeration failed).
I have tried to upload a recovery with fastboot and to unblock bootloader by HTC Dev website (other devices) when I try to use .bin file there's Question If I want to unlock bootloader I can choose yes but when I use POWER nothing happens. Same with commands fastboot oem unlock / fastboot oem lock (there's only 3 dots . . . and nothing happens).
There's no code for this but I get signature verification failed response when I am trying to flash recovery.img. Without this I can't probably use TRWM or Clockwork recovery.
