INSTALLATION
!!! BACKUP EVERYTHING !!!
Make sure you have TWRP 2.8.1.0, and a CM-11 based ROM installed
Download the zip, and put it on your SD-card
Boot into TWRP
Install the zip, using TWRP
Reboot to system
NOTES
The install script will do the following steps:
Extract your boot partition
Keep your ramdisk
Repack the boot partition (with the new kernel, but your old ramdisk)
Delete old modules in /system/lib/modules
Install the new modules for this kernel

So.. pretty cool stuff happened actually:
one of the HAM-dev legends known as "gold_concert" or "angel" (inventor and main developer of the ANGEL and AROM kernels) just got in contact with me. We still don't have an exact route or plan, but what i can tell is that we will work together. And i am really looking forward to that! :highfive:
My first step will be cancelling the whirlwind.kernel, because it's pointless when i can help on the AROM kernel instead, which is way further developed already.
However.. i am pretty sure we will get something done together... let's see what it will be

Backup each and every partition from TWRP Recovery
If you're coming from another ROM, you should wipe /system, /cache, and Dalvik/ART cache.
Flash the ROM.
Flash any other mods/etc. you want (e.g. GApps, Magisk).
And at last Reboot!
