[Q] Im kinda stucked :s What to do?

So my aunt has this HTC Desire HD. She bought it 2nd hand and here is the deal (i've attached the pics)
The phone is rooted, Root works fine. and its a Custom ROM of Sense 3.0 (can't find the Name)
It probably came from china or Korea or somewhere cuz of the Recovery Mode.
So I was thinking of putting SVHD on this baby. Should i just flash the ROM in the Recovery Mode or flash a recovery and all but that would require the fastboot commands
Please any help will be most appreciated

Install 4ext updater from their site and then flash 4ext recovery from there to the best recovery experience in your device besided being in english.
You are mostly running Lee Droid rom as you running Lee's kernel.

Install 4ext recovery from here (transfer to phone and install)
http://www.4ext.net/get.php?apk
install the latest version
then reboot into it
wipe data
factory reset
format system
and flash it.

htc m8 stuck on logo help me

hello 4 all
i get htc one m8 the problem it was restart so i unlocked the bootloader and setup custom recovery
and flashing it with One_M8_1.54.401.5_odexed.zip and One_M8_2.22.401.4_odexed
but the device stay restart so i flashing it with boot from above roms
now stay hang on htc logo i back relock the bootloader and back stock recovery but stay hang on logo
plz help me about this problem

Download any custom sense 4.4.4 rom from development section and flash it in recovery and reboot ..

my bro i flash it with latest 4.4.4 Android_Revolution_HD-One_M8_22.2
also stay same problem

What recovery are you using

fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.8.3.0-m8.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
Now in TWRP / Wipe / Factory reset
TWRP / Install / ARHD

What's wrong with my mi max 3?!?!?!

I purchased this phone when it first came out and struggled with the buggy "global" rom it came with. I flashed to the Chinese stable rom MIUI 10 and it's been working perfectly for almost two months.
A couple days ago, I woke up put the phone on the charger and it wasn't charging, but I could still turn it on. Then the touch screen stopped responding, I did a hard reset. Still nothing, now it wouldn't even go past the "MI logo" screen. I then tried to flash another rom, but that MiFlash software was coming up with an error. I can still boot into flash boot mode, but Idk what happened. Is my phone bricked? Can it be saved? I really like this phone, please help.

1/ Is there really the China stable Miui 10? Do you mean the dev version?
2/ A screenshot or message about MiFlash error should be better to help you.

Yes, I have unlocked the bootloader.

Now the phone won't even turn on and I have charged it etc... I'm not sure what happened.

Did you unlock the bootloader or it already was unlocked with fake ROM?

[SOLVED]redmi note 8 pro rooting doesn't work

hi,
so rooting on my redmi note 8 pro has been kind of a roller-coaster, on my old phone (mi a2 lite) patching the boot.img on magisk and then flashing the boot.img from fastboot would work, but for some reason it would result in a bootloop on my reno 8 pro, i also tried the twrp method by flashing the magisk zip and dm verity but that also results in a bootloop, flashing just the stock boot.img works, i've been trying to root this phone with every way i know but it just doesn't work,
any help would be appriciated, thanks.

Don't do DM verity at the end, it causes a boot loop, but do do (lol), "close AVB 2.0", make sure DM verity is unchecked.

Mi 9 SE - locked bootloader after flashing the wrong ROM

Hello.
I have a problem with the purchased used Xiaomi Mi 9 SE.
I bought the phone and it had an unlocked Bootloader, it was not possible to pay with it using NFC.
The phone was probably ROM 12.0.XXX I think Global.
I downloaded the Fastboot 12.5.1 EU ROM and flashed it using MiFlash.
When uploading, I checked the option - clean all and lock
The upload went smoothly and was successful.
Unfortunately, after rebooting the phone enters recovery mode and it is looped like this, it displays the message:
This MIUI version can't be installed on this device :-(
I can enter fastboot and try to flash another Rom but then I get an error that the phone is locked.
Please, help me with this issue, I don't know what to do, is it possible to fix it? ? ?
I know there are people here with really great knowledge, please help. :-(

I tried to flash the ROM Global 12.0.1 again but I get the error as above
I have Miflash pro 7.3.706

Try to enter fastboot mode and flash the ROM using the flash_all script that's insideof the compressed rom by way of windows cmd or linux terminal.
Just extract the rom file until you see the folder structure there with all images and then look for a how to flash roms using fastboot. It way easier than that miui flash thing
