Bugs​PIN code for the lock screen (don't try-will cause the screen lock, then only the firmware will help.
* Desktop S-view
how to install Rom:​1) download the firmware archive.
2) copy the file onto the SD card.
3) Reboot your smartphone into recovery mode.
4) before installing do wipe 3: date, cache and cache delvik.
5) choose the location where you copied the archive with the firmware. Click on the file. Install the firmware by using Aroma Installer
6) after installing firmware not reboot
7)Installation of a patch for work of Wi-fi

Problem with Keyboard

If i try to add any other language in Samsung Keyboard and if I restart the mobile after adding the new language, i am getting the unfortunately Samsung keyboard has stopped. i tried most possible ways but i believe there is some bug with that. Please fix that issue.
So far ROM is excellent apart from minor bugs.

I think if you themed framework like note 4 lollipop it will be more beautiful

It's stock N4 4.4.4 based rom so that's y I hav not themed system ui to lollipop style

antutu score for rom

The ROM looks stable and fast, and the feature I liked the most is that the ROM has working NFC, but it hasn't some important basic apps such as Music, Studio, SBrowser, Samsung Apps and SNote. Screen rotation doesn't work and can't be fixed with GravityBox, some buttons are bigger than the system dialogs and it looks bad. Hope you fix this errors soon, thanks for this ROM!

Not sure why anyone would want the bloated heavy Touchwiz launcher. I just installed Trebuchet, made it a system app and deleted Sammys junk launcher. Super lightweight, smooth and uses much fewer resources than even Nova or Apex

This is really great news....fully working in my xcu baseband version 5.0.2/ deodexed.....im also hoping that themes will be supported because without themes the phone is really boring...

The tutorial is correct, and the mod works normally tested on various devices, try reinstalling.

[MAGISK] SONY BRAVIA ENGINE AND X-RELAITY PORT for Mi A1

Okay, have been out of any kind of development for quite sometime and was just sucking XDA. So, I've something to give back.
I noticed that the Screen of the Mi A1 is (kinda) washed out [maybe cause am generally using the LG G6 and the iPhone 6S]. So, here is the Bravia Engine and X-Reality ports for you guys. I had them ported long ago for the Optimus Black and the SGS Advance as recovery flashables and now I've made a small Magisk Module out of it.
Tested in Oreo and if possible, kindly attest whether it works at all or not.
Zip in attachment. Simply Magisk Flash and reboot. Mine boots back normally.

I flashed it in Oreo stable and booted normally. How to test? I am an old Xperia Z/Z2/Z3 user.

IDK man, See if the Contrast and Saturation is boosted. Am currently making some custom system animation modules for Magisk. Will test them together.

Then its not working man. I tested with Sony Album and video app. Nothing changes. Same as old. I disabled ur module then also checked. Same as old. Nothing changes. Same old contrast and saturation...

My experience from Xperia Z2/Z3 compact: on Sony phones, when you browse through pictures via Sony gallery app, it will enhance currently viewed picture. It takes a second to kick in, so first you see "standard" picture and then it "enhances" in front of your eyes, it's quite obvious and can't be missed. However as it's limited to Sony gallery app only and other apps can't utilize this feature, it's quite useless (at least in stock setup, no idea if mods are different).

This doesn't work. Read post from rajeev as he has tried it and knows the difference with and without bravia engine.
Frankly i would root A1 without any thought for Bravia engine

In OneUi Some Features May Not Work And It's The First Public Release So It Only Works With A Custom Recovery And For Now You Can't Uninstall it But In Next Release it Will Work With Magisk So You Will Be Able To Uninstall It, New Release Coming Soon So Stay Tuned! [emoji6]

Installed. Some problems that I noticed early on:
Mobile data doesn't work for me, I'm in Brazil;
Notch is huge, just like the OnePlus, it is not adapted from the RN8;
Gapps don't work, I can't log into my Google account, crash apps, etc;
I cannot access my internal storage from the computer;
Crashes and lags in transitions.
But it's a great start, will you continue to update and improve?
Looking forward to seeing stable.

1 = For notch go-to developer settings and select v shape notch
2 = For mobile data download Activity manager and run Android setup apps
3 = Install GM's.apk to complete setup .
Rest will fix soon

Will some of these fixes fix access to storage via PC?

Gms.apk can be found on apkmirror .
Storage is accessible through PC .
Chips kernel is compatible with oos tested and using .

İ just fall in love with this rom. it looks great in all aspects but animations are hell of a laggy. İf someone can solve this problem its great.

Get the animations smooth and you are good to go. Im here waiting for that. App opening animations are laggy. Pls fix that i want to use this rom so badly.
