Help changing dialer color

Hi guys I was trying to change the dialer color I took both contacts.apk and phone.apk and in both drawable folder there is background_dial_holo_dark and its really dark while dialer in the phone is white, all in all I need black dialer help anyone. thanks

background_emui.png is the one which is usually drawn on the background

please tell me the full path to that file

did some research, background_emui.png is not the right one in the dialler app. I will tell tell you when i find the right one

Sorry I cant find the background file for the dialler, it simply isnt there :/

Yea, same here I cant find it, all I found is that background_holo which is black but changing it does not affect anything

You can try custom themes which provide black dial pad skin.

Which custom themes? Tell me a few please

include:
- Restar system ui in Setting -> Developers Setting
How to:
(maybe need superuser mod if not work and must root)
- Download (theme_change_notification.zip)https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9SX39bV6vM6eE9vbDlTeVhxV2M/view?usp=sharing
- Flash the zip into CWM/TWRP
- reboot
edit setting.apk with apktool and follow me
first
decompile setting.apk
go to folder decompile setting.apk res-> xml
find xml development_prefs.xml
open development_prefs.xml with Notepad++

But sorry to say this mod is useless for me
Only the system themes that comes with zip package changes the systemui header
Otherwise no changes on Custom Installed Themes

You can include systemui overlay with your desired statusbar header images inside which ever themes you use. This idea is good even the themes are bad

how to deodex OPSystemUI

hello,
i want to know that how to deodex opsystemui.odex file and combine with systemui.apk ??
actually i'm trying but getting error of out folder of odex file is empty ||

But i think you can also have that easier by using substratum themes. navbar themes do work on oos if im not wrong

Animation porting is more complex than simple navbar port !!!
Btw i don't know anything about coding , it was just by reading !!

Hmm no sorry, i am not a themer. Maybe have a look in themes section. Ungeeked and Kpchuck have created some nice substratum modules (Ozone an K-Klock) for OOS there, maybe they are willing to assist you.

Lockscreen clock font

I'm Searching for the font which is used in the lockscreen clock. There was something with "digit" in the name of ttf file.
If somebody has it - could you please share it or the whole font directory from system.img

Question Custom theme

anyone know the step to apply custom theme ?
cause I have been using the old method to install the custom theme on this magic UI but it doesnt work at all

You have to use Honor themes, Hauwei themes don't/won't work.
You still customize the same way and install the same way using the theme app.

anyone know where to get the honor theme ? besides in the Themes app? because the current default theme icon seems too big tbh

I've tried all hwt files and paste them in all honor folders whereas custom themes are not shown in theme app.
I bought this phone only for that to have custom themes and it seems that magic ui 6 is the issue

Found it bro, rename theme to hnt instead of hwt and copy it to android, data, hihonor.. Theme manager..... Themes

Themes with custom lock screen will work only if you install the engine that is attached. Delete files at the end .zip
