Bootleggers ROM is an aftermarket firmware based on Ground Zero Open Source Project (GZOSP) and brings custom features with the most useful apps on your device, with the goal of "Making you feel like 家".
With an almost stable source, this ROM is also packed with some custom wallpapers (avaliable on ShishuWalls), ringtones, fonts, and themes to bring to your device into a more fresh look and give you always a good experience.

@Mango_TM are you planing on updating the rom? Couole of things have been fixed like whats app video call lag and some camera improvements so you could merge them and gove us new build. Thanks.

I met the same problem on syberiaos (unofficial, 03-25-19).
I checked the QS post on xda and it read the problem is on the rom side, so u should switch to another rom.

You can use quickshortcutmaker and start activity "org.omnirom.device.DeviceSettings". This should do the trick.
Unfortunately i still have to figure out how to implement the xiaomiparts into the bootleggers settings app as it seem nore complicate and modifed than aosp

Gesture control is difficult to operate, especially on the back. Will it be OTA? Update check? Thanks for the job, anyway super, fast.

Unfortunately no OTAs as im not going to support it officially. Altough i can try to out my own server once otas are supported by the rom. Also for gestures, you gotta ask the rom devs as i only build the rom for chiron

Which recovery should I use to flash this ROM..
I am already in orange recover and when I am trying to flash this ROM it shows "miui incremental status failed to assets" help plz?

But SOT is not the best so far, shouldn't it be another kernel? Or better than anything else? He also throws smart watch (amazfit bip) at 4-5 meters. Another rom is nearly 10 m. Anyway, respect for your work

For me the SoT it's awesome, did 7h of it. Also idk about this connectivity problem, could be related to the broken hotspot

hotspot doesnt work apparently because of a broken thing on the device source, and maybe its linked to hotspot as this repo manages a lot of connections related things

Good work

I think this ROM is perfect. After a week i have to mention only good stuffs and what is bad is what this ROM misses. For example answer with volume buttons, this help me when i wear gloves ( hey developer or OP, how can I obtain this, please ? ).
Only bug i notice is difficult to answer to second call during conversation but this happens till i'm migrate from MIUI, with a lot of AOSP's ROMs, if i'm not wrong...

Instructions(if you are coming from another rom)
1. Download the ROM
2. Download GAPPS
3. Go to recovery and TAKE A NANDROID BACKUP
4. WIPE SYSTEM,DATA,CACHE AND DALVIK CACHE if coming from any other ROM. When i post updates wipe only cache and dalvik cache
5. Flash ROM, GAPPS and magisk installer if you want playstore as certified
6. Reboot

Along with that IT MUST contain log files. if you don't know how to take them then follow this
If it is a random reboot, grab kmsg/dmesg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)

Is the camera problem fixed?? In others PIE rom (even in other bootlegger) the back camera doesn't work in some apps, like WhatsApp and Facebook

Take it easy Bro.
I'm not trying to bother you. I've seen cases where they don't put the bugs because "they are known bugs". And actually I'm in another bootlegger. I just didn't want to test another ROM from zero and gets the same results.

Naa it is fine. I actually wanted to say this line nothing else. But i always mention whatever bugs i find. Unknown/Known all. Yeah the issue is there

Hello I am new to this device, I was using Moto G5 Plus and for issues I had to sell it and I am currently using Moto G4 (xt1621 normal one) which i never mod before and now so far I have only installed 8.1 stock via twrp with magisk, I can install this rom doing clean flash? or is only for g4 plus?

Yes atleast they are still working on this device. Yes I loved the version 3 more. But the developer stopped working on it. Can't say much and just hope they will fix everything

Just flashed ROM and it's amazing like it should be .... Every important feature is present plus the launcher is the main part it's finally completed to meet every aspect of pixel launcher with many more features .... Thanks dev

Edit: one bug i spotted... Whenever we re-start Device the data connection automatically switches to sim 1 even if we use data on sim 2

This is a very nice ROM. Working well so far except for Settings Suggestions crashing every time I open settings.

So i am rooted and have been on the bootlegers 4.1 from may of 2019. Havnt updated anything in a year. Phone has been working good and have been to busy to mess with. Now i want to update to android 10 rom. Can anyone point me to instructions on how to update when that far behind? Will i need to use a pc to update? Thanks
