I'm facing some weird issues about my loud speaker , First i thought it was a software bug but after trying many custom ROMS i'm still having this issue. Loud speaker works just fine but it doesn't work on calls .
Please help me why is it not working , I've flashed only 2 magisk modules both are for camera.

And those 2 magisk modules is exactly what is causing your problem. Just dont use it
Nevermind , it was nhappymann's camera patch that was causing problem not magisk. Thanks anyway

Hey guys, I've been having a problem with the N5X since I bought it. First thing I did when I bought it was to root it and change the ROM, of course. I installed BlissROM (don't remember which build) and ARISE Mod but everytime when I started playing a song (or when someone called me) the audio always started playing loud (as it should) but after a second or two it would lower itself (not the volume steps, just the speaker sound). At first I thought it was a problem with the ARISE mod so I tried without it but the sound was terrible, so I tried changing ROMs and I found that Resurrection Remix with Arise works without problems (the audio works perfectly). But now I've got the same problem if I try to update the ROM (I'm using 20160616 build) the audio starts lowering itself again and I'm stuck with Android 6.0.1 because of it. Can somebody tell me what is causing the problem so I can fix it ? I tried different ROMs, different kernels and different versions of ARISE without luck and I'm out of ideas. Sorry for the long post and thanks in advance
Umm, is there a compatibility chart with ROMs for ARISE? I use something different and that's Viper4Android that works slick with all Android M ROMs.
Suspect an issue with ARISE.

Yup, I tried V4A without ARISE, no luck.
Try going to TWRP Advanced and fix se Linux contents which does se Linux enforcing which will be needed for some mods.

Sadly, didn't help.
I had flashed AOKP 21/2 build. It was working great for a week with little overheat problem . Nothing serious though . But from today onwards it started restarting on its own. It happened couple of times and now all the bugs people have mentioned starting showing up. It makes that crackling sound when headphone is inserted and won't recognize it . Network won't come after the restart. That brightness fluctuation and almost everything. Does anyone has the same problem ? Cause for a week it was working great. even my video recording was fine.

It is the most stable rom i found till now and VoLTE also works pretty well.

Why stock rom ?? VoLTE works on custom roms

The modem you have installed must have come from a stock om with volte support in order to continue to enjoy volte on your custom rom. the custom roms do not provide anny modem software and hence if your stock rom did not have volte you will not have it after flashing a custom rom.
After I installed magisk module 'camera_mi5s_libs on lineageOS 15.1 I have no sound and restart didn't help , the mod says something about changing audio channels but I don't really have an idea about what I should do to fix this, when I delete module, sound works again...

Hi, I had same issue you are experiencing with that module, what I did to "fix" the problem was to delete the "audio_platform_info.xml" files relate to audio modifications from the module; by doing that, no audio file will be modified hence, no audio problems.
This is not a fix; it's just a workaround

Baseband and kernel doesn't matter.
Did you enable HD calling from the settings

No i have already same problem. İ have small bug to work phone download lesser audio from google apps open it press speakers and press settings click " do not mute speakers" and try calling.
Dont worry headset icon still on main screen

This is a fairly simple module that increases the mic volume for custom roms. Since a couple of months, mic volume became so low (I guess it happened after flex used xiaomi's Jan blobs in los16). This module just edits mixer_path_mtp file and raises the volume a bit. I've been using it for a month and no one complains about my low volume anymore.
This is not tested and will not probably work in stock rom since I remember that mixer_path file in stock is named something else and I don't remember it.
You may send me any mixer_path file in/vendor/etc/ and I will try to do the same edits and it would work.

This is a magisk module that you should flash using magisk manager. AFAIK, Most custom roms have fixed the issue and added similar changes so I don't think this is necessary anymore.

Actually, it is necessary. I am having problems with my mic in my Samsung galaxy s6 with the unofficial resurrection remix os. Know any fix other than this? It didn't work for me, sadly.

Oh, this module is made for xiaomi mi a1 (tissot) and most probably your device will not boot or will boot with missed up sound configuration.
