I guess I don't know how to use Google, because I didn't find anything about changing font that used to display clock, both in status bar and on lock screen. It's too small and too thin to my taste. Does anyone know how to change that bloody font???
P.S.: I'm on Oreo (stock 8.1.0), rooted (magisk).

Just looking for some help in how to change the font color as it's showing up white on mine and with some of my backgrounds I can't make out the writing. Also looking for some help in how to change the color of my flip clock and maybe some help in changing the fonts for the flip clock as well. I've searched the boards and nothing is showing me how.
I have search high, and low, and all I seem to be able to find is that you need to have a rooted device to be able to change the icons in the status bar, and what not. Well my slide is rooted, but I do no see any where that tells how to change them, or change the battery icon to show % and what not. Could someone point me in a direction, or give me some pointers on how to change the icons? Mainly the battery app/icon, I want one that shows % in the right, which most apps will show a % but then I have 2 battery icons, I just want the 1.
Along the lines of his question. Whatever happened to the status bar/tweak options in CM Settings for CM7?
They are implementing the color changing through the themes app they are providing. I wouldnt be suprised if the theme process will eventually cover the unlock slider aswell.
I'm trying to figure out how to fix my keypad lockscreen so that the status bar uses the lockscreen wallpaper. T989 running Lightspeed (4.1.2)
The keypad lockscreen status bar shows the main wallpaper, not the lockscreen wallpaper (see first attached image, original). Does anyone know how to force the keypad lockscreen to show the lockscreen wallpaper (or at the very least be black)?
I tried xperiacle's How-To (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2384892), which used the correct status bar wallpaper, but the status bar chops off the top of the clock (see second image, 0900). It looks like the space between the keypad and where the numbers are entered is increased by the same height that is being chopped off of the clock (compare to first image).
First question - is it possible to edit the layout of the keypad lockscreen? If so, where can I find that file? I would like to be able to adjust the height between the keypad and the number entry line.
Second question - when I first power up my phone, the lockscreen status bar is black. But once I unlock and do anything on the phone, the black status bar on the lock screen goes away and I'm left with the invisible status bar showing the main wallpaper. What activity is starting that changes the lockscreen status bar? Any ideas on how to logcat this?
Any help is greatly appreciated, let me know if I can provide an ymore info.
Fixed! not like a pet.
I found my answer to the first question!
I found the way to add a margin above the clock after some detailed apk investigating.
Below is a rough outline of the steps...
Pull and decompile System/framework/Framework-res.apk
Find the file Keyguard_screen_password_portrait.xml in res/layout
Add:
android:layout_margintop="20.0dip"
to the end of the line that starts with <com.android.internal.widget.DigitalClock (line 4 for me).
Recompile, push to phone.
Success!
Hi,
i have searched but only find how to change to colours.
i want to change the thin status bar font (bigger and bolder) which is hard to see in light and also the even worse thin italic lockscreen clock.
an xposed module would be great but could do manually if you know how.
changing the system font in settings doesnt seem to affect the clocks.
thanks.
I'm looking for a backup of the TTF Default font used in Android 10 to revert the clock font to match the rest of the UI. I tried Roboto and that's not quite it. I tried Heebo which is very close but has spacing issues. Does anyone have or know where to find the right font?
