[SHARE] MIUI 7 BETA 5.8.13 Redmi 1s

The all new miui 7 is now available for our redbeast. The rom is still in beta version but i found almost no bugs. The roms performance is better than miui6 . Moreover u guys can also flash xcelerate kernel (miui 6 version)with this build to get more free ram and better performance
How to install..
1 Download the zip file from link.
2 Boot to twrp recovery.
3 wipe data
4 wipe system
5 wipe cache and dalvik cache.
6 fix permissions
7 flash rom
8 flash kitkat gapps.(if u want)

Never mind, its right there in the file name, 4.4..
Will wait for the lollipop build, very happy with cm12.1..

Yeah based on kitkat but performance wise its better than miui 6

I m using it ram managmant is better thn miui6 and camera is good too

so miui 7..........wil give a try

This version not support save new contact to phone.
Edit: ok found the solution. Same with earlier version.

Yes it's the same process..

if i get it right it's for the hongmi/redmi 1s-td? aka the chinese version of the phone with mediatek cpu?
does it have english?
since my chinese xiaomi redmi 1s still runs miui 5...

It has english but certain apps in chinese. You just uninstall it.

No mate. Sim 2 only support 2G.

Doesn't work Miracast/Screencast on rooted Devices or Custom-Roms?

Hello, maybe anybody here can help me...
I have a Microsoft Miracast-Display-Adapter connected with my LG TV which worked perfectly on offical p600 KitKat 4.4.2 Rom (unrooted), but I don't find a way to use it with other Roms. It doesn't work on Hyperdrive KK 5.1 Rom (after clicking on Screen Mirroring the window closes), on Temaseks cm 12.1 Rom (it starts to connect, but then fail) and even with the official Lollipop 5.1.1 release (rooted) by Samsung I get the message, that there is a hardware problem.
I'am very frustrated and now I went back to cm 12.1 by temasek.
Someone wrote in a forum that it could depending on Knox, but on cm it also won't work.
Is it maybe a general problem by Lollipop?
Has anybody the same problem with his p600?

No, i think the problem is caused for the custom recovery.
Anyone knows if i change the custom recovery for the original one, make me loose the root ?

It is a general bug with rooted samsung devices.
I had to change something in the system folder and now everything works perfectly.

Flash WW firmware on TW phone / unlock Band 20?

I got a ZFZ from eGlobal, but its the TW Version with different LTE bands.
From what i know, the hardware is identical, only the firmware differs.
Can i just cross-flash it with the WW rom to change the modem FW too?
Here in Germany the EU version is still at >500€, not an option for me...

I got the WW version, but here in Argentina I need the 28band to get 4g.. any news on this? I was reading and looks like the JP firm has the bands I need.

I also saw a thread on ZenFone2 where some guy apparently modified the firm to enable whatever band he needed. He said that Dr hardware is the same for am versions of the terminal so. We just need to modify the software. But I'm afraid of bricking the phone

Thats the right way to flash any other SKU to WW (world wide user).
There is no harm in doing the same, proceed with zenfone 2 guide, it will not brick.
