Broken 1080p 60fps video recording - Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro Questions & Answers

It's being some time since 1080p 60fps video recording was broken on Xiaomi.eu rom. Brightness is way too low and sometimes motion gets laggy I think. Other resolutions work fine including1080p 30fps. Is there anyone else having the same issue on this or any other rom? Any solutions?

Any way to force Slow Motion video recording on HD/FHD?

We can record Slow Motion (120fps I think) only in 720*480 on our Note2s. I'm quite sure the hardware should be capable of more. At least 720p, like the S4/Note3.
Is there a way to force Slow Motion video recording in 720p or 1080p? A mod, fix or something similar?

Any news? I would really interested.
60/120 FPS recording is a hardware related issue, you can't do it JUST with camera SW. As far as I know (and I tried a few apps that does 120fps capture) the N3N doesn't support 60 or any higher fps. The camera on this phone is very basic and limited. It is a budget phone after all. Don't expect all the bells and whistles like Note3

Mi5s records only at 30fps (720p, FullHD and 4k)

Hi people,
I recently found out, that I can only record video with very low frames per second.
30 to be exact. The Mi5s is capable of 60fps in FullHD, or 120p in 720p I think.
My next question would be if somebody does know of a working mod to boost fullhd recording to 120fps as there is a mod for the galaxys8 for example to do exactly that (or even 4k with 60fps).
Thanks everyone

Need record video at 60fps option on rooted whyred.

Its pretty annoying that I can't record above 30fps. Is there any fix about that. 720p 60fps is good enough for me.
use OpenCamera. Its on PlayStore.

Recording at 60 fps?

I was wondering that if this phone records at 4K, it should be able to record at 1080p 60fps too. Is it possible, and does anyone know of a way to do it?
Edit: Alright, never mind guys. I found it in Google Camera.
Could you please upload an 1080p 60fps video sample through gg cam?
