In case you're serious, though...
Team Win Recovery Project is a custom recovery for Android devices.
It allows you to back up and restore your data, flash custom ROMs to your device, repair broken file systems, and root your device.

Bugs
1:-encryption don't work
DOWNLOAD:
TWRP
*note always download the latest twrp in the folder
Flashing Guide
1:- Unlocked Boot-loader is required.
2:- Download TWRP recovery .img file compatible with your device and save to a separate folder on your PC.
3:- Setup ADB and Fastboot on your PC.
4:- Enable USB debugging on your device.
5:- Open the folder where you saved TWRP Recovery .img file in Step 2 above.
6:- Now open a command window inside that folder. To do that, “Shift + Right click” on any empty white space inside the folder and then select “Open command window here” from the context menu.
7:-Connect your device to the PC. And type the following into the command adb reboot bootloader
8:-Once your device boots into bootloader mode, issue the following command into command window to flash the TWRP recovery .img file fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
9:-Once TWRP is successfully flashed on your device, issue the following command to reboot fastboot reboot
Note:- THIS IS ONLY A TESTING RELEASE SO MANY THING CAN BE BROKEN.​THIS IS MADE DIRECTLY FROM SOURCE NOT PORTED​

Sure, what SS do you need?
Managed to root both miui 9.6.7 stable and 8.7.26 dev (miui10) by flashing Magisk 16.7 via TWRP
For encryption, i just clicked cancel when it asks for password/key
Also, flashing xiaomi.eu rom leads to bootloop, not sure if due to xiaomi.eu or TWRP

Didnt try, doubt it would, 16 doesnt support treble enabled xiaomi roms

For some strange reason... i never had to wait to unlock on my last three xiaomis (redmi note 4x, mix2, max3)

I have trouble with my Bluetooth connectivity on my RN8P.
The connection is cutting after 30cm...

Some said flash Miui 12.0.x can fix that but idk, didn't try. And stay away from PE or PE tree based custom roms to prevent that problem.

Ok. I can try it.
So I come back to android 10 (miuu 12.0.x) then I upgrade to A11 with my custom ROM.
If i'm right, can I install miui 12.0.x with 'ADB sideload ROM.zip' ?

Here is what I have done :
1. flash stock rom MIUI A10 with TWRP : adb sideload miui_BEGONIAGlobal_V12.0.8.0.zip
2. test bluetooth with MIUI : all is OK !
3. install a compatible A10 TWRP (with fastboot)
4. flash crDroid 7.14 (A11) (with adb)
5. flash open_gapps and Magisk (with adb)
6. ... i'm waiting... little brick
and it doesn't boot.
So, now :
1. flash another TWRP (3.5.1)
2. flash MIUI 12.5 (adb)
3. test bluetooth with MIUI 12.5 : all is OK !
4. flash TWRP (3.5.2)
5. flash crDroid 7.14 (A11)
6. flash open_gapps and magisk
7. test bluetooth with crDroid : ALL IS OK !!!!

Is there way to doing this but without losing data? I am also having Bluetooth issues as well and i want to use this method except i don't want to lose my data.

yes, maybe. I have the same problem because mi smart band is recognized but mi fit cant connect to it... so i was testing.. now is workin what i did...
Enable dev mode, go to the settings, system, reset option, reset wifi, data and bluetooth... Then go to developer options, find bluetooth, version MAP and AVRCP... test options, put it on default first and test it. Good luck.
now mi fitness is conected.

i ended up starting over again and went through the entire process. The bluetooth is flawlessly now. But thanks anyways

You must be on A11 OOS or any custom rom A11 OR A12. Doesn't matter.
Steps what I did and how I install the rom and root.
Steps:
1. Go to bootloader and use following cmd: fastboot flash boot filename.img (provided by the developer in the 1post recovery.img)
2. Go to option in bootloader and use volume key to choose the reboot to recovery.
3. Once you are in recovery, go to factory format and click factory format data wipe. It will wipe you internal and external storage with formatting data meaning you will lose everything.
4. Go to Apply Update and use following cmd: adb sideload romname.zip and click entre, it will take 10 to 12 mins depending.
5. Once install successfully reboot to system and enjoy the rom.
Steps for root what I used instead of using payload and extracting boot.img. Easy steps root successful.
1. Once you are booted into system successfully and stepup everything as you would.
2. Go to bootloader by holding down volume down and power button. You will enter bootloader menu.
3. You CANNOT root your phone with given recovery in the first post. So, what I did I use the recovery img from DrepFest rom, it's build for A12 it should be safe to use. TWRP is compatible with A12 as of right now.
4. Go to bootloader use cmd: fastboot flash boot DrespFest recovery.img and click enter and reboot to recovery.
5. Now you will entre DrespFest recovery A12.
6. Go to Apply update and use following cmd: adb sideload rootfilename.zip (it's magisk 23). It will root your phone with Magisk 23, but you can update Magisk 24.1 manually without issues.
I have attached Magiosk 23. It can be sideload through recovery of LOS recovery or DrespFest recovery.
Enjoy rom and root.

ROM looks great, UI is beautiful. Unfortunately, it drains my battery drastically it might be time for a phone upgrade.

pls help I'm having error with ads Sideload gives me "failed to find updated binary META-INf" pls help
edit: sorted it out, Safari extracting the zip file right after the download of the rom and recompiling it gives error so I used chrome to dl and it is going all good

Tried this this morning for a short time, runs really well and feels amazing however once I turned off wifi I could not get it to turn back on.
Whenever I tried it would crash the system and ask to close the ui.
Reverted back to stock before I had to take to go to work

Edit: I just installed it on my Lisa running Xiaomi.eu miui 13 weekly version (Android 12): It works perfectly on Android 12, the only limit (it's a beta version) is that it can't read the ext storage. I immediately installed the update to Xiaomi.eu update to miui 14 (14.05) stable without formatting. I don't notice any problem till now.
After update the stock recovery came back so I flashed again this new one through fastboot, first I booted boot_lisa.img then I flashed it definitely from inside recovery using the zip file.
At the end I flashed successfully magisk 25.2. I am really impressed with the wonderful work of Dkpost3!

Excellent recovery. Fully functional. Very good data decryption and OTG. Only the temperature sensor is not working but that's not a big deal. Surely there will be an evolution and it will be fixed. I use MI 11 lite 5g NE (lisa), MIUI 14 global (eea) android 13.

Yes. It works perfectly. I flashed xiaomi.eu rom (based on cn version ) and magisk. I also did a full backup.

I've not been able to download it, but MANY THANKS for your recovery!!
Is there any other place to download it?

Restart your phone in bootloader mode
Open a command line window/terminal emulator on your PC
Change to the adb directory on your PC
Boot TWRP 3.7_012 by running: fastboot boot boot_lisa.img
After TWRP 3.7_012 has booted, check that everything is working, such as that the data partition is mounted correctly and that the touchscreen is working.
Find and select the TWRP 3.7_012 zip on your phone, tap and swipe to install it.
After installation, your phone will automatically reboot into TWRP 3.7_012

I am using this room for more than 7 days. Here are my review.
Good things..
1. This rom is so smooth, i didn't feel any leg. I tried many roms including pixel experience plus but it have legs in notification panel. But this rom have no leg in whole ui.
2. So much customisation. Your phone, your way. (Without root, with root you can do more)
3. Take screenshot in restricted apps without root. (Just disable windows secure flag)
4. Option to create 5Ghz hotspot. (Pixel experience plus doesn't have this feature).
5. And much more..
Bad things...
Everything in this rom is good.
Give a try to experience your new OnePlus Nord.

I am under OS12 stock boot loader unlock
Is the battery good?

I used orangefox recovery for oos 12. It supports 5G. Battery is good.
Don't flash recovery, just boot recovery via
Fastboot boot recovery.img (on oos 12)
After installing custom rom you can flash custom recovery.

I took the one ORANGEFOX RECOVERY PROJECT - R11.1_4
Can you tell me the steps in this recovery:
data format etc....
do i have to flash it after installing the rom?

1. Boot into recovery. (Don't flash)
2. Flash rom.
3. Formate data and internal storage.
4. Now you can flash custom recovery.
5. Reboot and enjoy.

I just booted into orangefox recovery
it asks me for a code: decrypt partition .... I think ....
what code should I enter my pin code? or i can skip this step

You can enter your screen lock code, if you are on oos 12. If you decrypt partition, you can install rom from your internal storage. If you skip this step, you can install rom from adb sideload.
In both case you can install rom.

You can flash it via USB. Or you can use PC or another android device to flash zip.

and when i reboot system
it reboots to recovery without stopping
what should i do please
