Still at October 5, 2017 security patch and no update whatsoever...
Are you from which country. I am in India and we got January patch with gyroscope availability.

Security Patch versions vary.. all over the Planet.
BND-L24 here running B130 software.. ( United States of America ) on the December 1, 2017 patch.
The latest Software verison is B192 and it contains the latest Security Patch ( Jan or Feb ) and the Facial Unlock / AR Software updates.. I seen a video where the first group got it around 02/06/ 2018.

I had no idea Kernels were "Region Specific"... I wonder why..

But we didnt get any update from the past 5 months
only security patches were provided
And the october patch was not provided ..

Yeah I won't count on it. Maybe take it with a pinch of salt. FYI Oreo has been leaked on Firmware Finder for the past three months. Even if Honor releases it it's gonna be a while till every user gets it.
But, Hey man, congrats. Who am I to poop on to your prade. I manually upgraded to Oreo a while ago so whatever. Anyway is it only gonna be released for India? Any chance those of us in other countries such as Pakistan will get it? Our support page is terrible. So I don't ask them

Anyone In the UK with a Mate 20 C432 (not Pro) SIM free on any UK network had a security update to Android 9.1 since Oct last?

Here HMA-L29, EMUI 9.1.0 with 9.1.0.358 since last year, country=spain, no sign of EMUI 10.
Hma l29 on 9 1 0 358 November security patch and still no emui 10. Tried different things but no luck. Huawei support suggested to install a different carrier Sim and retry but I don't have any other Sim. Did anyone of you tried with different Sim?

What patch are you on? Also which country? I'm looking to get this phone, but security updates are high on my list. Are you enjoying the phone. If you lost it would you buy again?
