Got a bit of a weird one to report here. It appears that anytime one clicks on the "subscriptions" link, (forum.xda-developers.com/subscription.php) it automatically directs to the registration page (https://forum.xda-developers.com/register.php?from=permissions). This is the page that is linked to from the "quick links" at the top.
In the meantime, I've found a workaround: https://forum.xda-developers.com/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription links to the subscription page as well as the original did.
Just thought I'd report this problem so that it doesn't confuse other folks.
Fixed!
Looks like it's working now. Whatever you did, it worked. :good:

Hi there, I've been having a few problems navigating this web-site.
When I want to re-edit a wiki post that I added a couple of weeks ago, I get a 'Page not found' error when I hit the EDIT button, even though the page can be viewed.
Also, when searching for something, sometimes I also get the 'page not found'
Also, when searching, if I get a lot of results (more than a page worth), the first page displays all hits, then when I click page 2, 3.... etc. it says 'no matches to your criteria' or somthing like that.
HELP MEEEEE?!??
Maybe this is the problem : Using IE 6.0.2900
The wiki error is a know one and has been reported but I for one have read nothing about it.
The site is under going an upgrade so the search problem could come from there.
UPDATE
Wiki probelm has been solved (well its thought it has), info out of the moderators section.
Please confirm
Hi there,
Checked everything (edit, search, links that did not work before).
Everything seems to work fine now!
Thanks!

I've noticed that when there are tables in the Wiki, the fields are not all there? Is this post incomplete (there seem to be a lot of tables like this)?
In my browser, there are a lot of empty cells, and like 1 in 50 has some text in it.
Or did I happen upon another bug?
Thanks
I've noticed that sometimes after I post a reply on a thread, the browser is forever "waiting".
If I stop the loading of the page and refresh it again gets stuck.
If I stop the loading and GO BACK (i.e. to the page as was before I posted) I get the page and IS updated with my post.
...well not my post, because usually this "getting stuck" happens when the new post is going to a new page. So with this "go back and refresh" I get the last page BEFORE my post (because my post is starting a new thread page), but there is a link for an extra page (for example I am at p. 25 and there is a new p. 25).
I hope I am getting through: The bug mostly (if not always) happens when a new thread reply makes the thread add a page.
Anybody noticed this?
I use Firefox (latest) and doesn't happen on just one machine.
Same here but not always, a few times per week
I´m using the latest Opera
I tried to create another Wiki-page for the development of the FM Radio driver, to keep track of progress, which device works/doesn't work et cetera.
So, I tried to edit the homepage and add a link to this new page to be.
However, it seems that there's a problem editing the homepage. If you hit 'save' or 'preview', you just get an empty, white screen.
Editing another page in the Wiki works just fine.
Looks like the Front Page is too long for phpWiki to cope with .
It is really a peice of crap, that software. There is no admin options I can see to resolve the issue. Normally it's because something is running out of memory on the wiki server.
I'd try again tomorrow after the server's backup tonight. If it's still not fixed by then, let me know and I'll see what else we can do for you
If you want to create your page and let me know the link, I'll try and add it also.
Dave
WHY !
Is there anything up with this website today?
Any wayword scripts? was it something I said ?
I'm trying to make a post on one of the ics thread. Hit reply, ups pops the text box, and then immediately redirects to the forum directory page.
Ok once or twice is funny, but tried turn off scripts and redirect in opera and it still tries.
Rather annoying.

Got a link to the thread? Sounds like something is up...
Hi. I noticed that for any thread I visit and try to go to any other page via the buttons, the page simply reloads. For example, in a thread, I want to see page 2 to see if there are new comments. I click the 2 in the page buttons (the one with numbers and arrows for previous/next page), then the page reloads and the 1st page is still shown. Same for any number I click on. Strangely, this doesn't happen when I click the "Last Page" button...
I'm assuming this is either a bug or something wrong on my end, but I don't know which.

Not the case here. Please refer to attached screenshots; file names show how fast the shots were taken i.e. pages also loaded very fast.
Maybe a browser issue on your side?
EDIT: Just tested via XDA Labs, too. No issues. Please refer to additionally added screenshots.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I was wondering if it was site-wide or just me. I guess it's just me, but I don't know why. It could be my browser (I could try on another browser just in case).

It's not just you. The site is basically unusable for me too. Firefox on Android.
EDIT: Didn't see that this was an old thread, my forums are really messed up. My bad.
This should be fixed now. Let me know if it isn't.
