[Q] Wake up lag

This happens on any rom with any kernel..It takes about 2-4 seconds for my screen to wake up when i press the power button

I, along with many other have this issue as well. Not sure if was present in ICS but it sure is annoying. Not sure we can do much about it sadly

Its fixed in 4.2.2 , try it!

Thx guys for the replies I thought I was the only one since I haven't seen any one else addressing this..... I'll give 4.2.2 a try and see if it's fixed

will be flashing in a bit...quick question, since i can't post in development threads, is anyone using xylon? and have mms auto retrieve working properly?
edit: well i installed a 4.2.2 stock deodexed rom and there was no lag when waking the device up with or without lockscreen patter..even restored all my apps to see if that would make a difference...thegtfusion seems to be right, wake up lag is fixed in 4.2.2 (at least stock)

Hello folks,i upgrade my ace 2 lately to jb the problem is i can't change the position of my clock of the lock screen,is that normal or a prob?

Did you try going in settings and select bottom, middle or up on the lock screen settings?

he is in JB. JB don't have that setting

Normal for you, but some people dont like their clock at the top/right

yes i really dont like it on the top i have some lock screen wallpapers,its so ugly with the time on top

[Q] s5 mod v1.4 fingerprint issue

Hi guys! Anyone having issue on the lockscreen fingerprint error?
I'm using a s5 mod v1.4 by e-team.

Note 2 doesn't have the fingerprint scanner like that of the S5. It really won't work.

You didn't know your phone didn't have a fingerprint scanner? Or were hoping just cause the s5 mod is ported it'd somehow work?

Go into galaxy s3 themes and apps and goto page 5 u will see s5 bubble lock screen. Let me know how it is I never used it

Yeah I didn't try it because I saw a couple complaints about it. Someone will port the developers on xda are amazing

i tried it.. it not same as s5.. Its a modified version of light effect and not bubbles !!

There's no hardware for it so its not possible

Actual gestures like on Pixel devices no, but you can use tap/dobule tap probably with some app.
