Any try this build of Lineage? - Google Pixel 3 XL Questions & Answers

I came across this and because it's not posted by the actual developer I'm a bit weary https://www.cyanogenmods.org/forums...el-3-xl-android-9-0-pie-download-and-install/
It's been up for at least a day yet there's no comments in the forum.

That is what they are there for to bug them....
Actually you can ask, there no reason, to keep you from asking...
Since you asked, I'll answer your question. Your question involved boosting "votes" for a personal matter. This site is not for such things. Or to boost social media Stats.
Keep to social media sites for that. :good:
i think its been answered now..
thanks @Darth

Good luck with that... Many apps prevent doze from working, and if you have a smart watch it will likely never doze - at least from my experience.

And this needed its own thread because? It was already posted in the marshmallow update thread earlier today.

Thread closed - as per post #7 above, the news is already covered in the dedicated thread for updates. And "tomorrow" is now today.

TWRP For Pixel 2 XL

Wondering if the TWRP for the original Pixel XL will work on the Pixel XL 2?
No....
give the devs time and twrp for pxl2 will be out.
The correct one will be out in due time...
Thanks
Is there a specific place we should watch to know when TWRP gets released?
I forgot how awful it was to have half of every article I read being advertisements. LOL

Yeah same here. I'm using Adguard for now. It works just as good as adaway but has to use a vpn.
the development section is where it will be posted - once it hits trust me it won't be hard to find

I think that's the one I was thinking about. How's it compare to AdClear.

I haven't tried AdClear. I gave Block-This a shot but AdGuard is far better. At the moment I'm on Adguards 7 day premium trial. Not sure how much functionality will be lost with the free version. I'll wait and see but if root doesn't come soon I may spring for $24.00 subscription. I love to tweak almost everything but so far the only thing I've missed about not having root is adaway and AriseV4A.

New phone purchase?

I recently cracked the screen on my phone and was wondering if anyone here has a pixel 2 and if it's worth it to buy it or to wait for the 3 to come out and if it's easy to root and has more development than the pixel did or if I should get a different phone.

question about Galaxy active 2

I just got this watch and I like it but is there any other customization I can do that Samsung limits us on?
*cough* root? Or something similar?
I am using a rooted OnePlus 7 pro and was wondering if I could replace bixby with the good assistant on the watch?

I'm very appreciative of the link, I've been googling questions about this for 2 days, but now that I've seen this page I see I was not phrasing it correctly. I kept searching for rooting options not app options, but again thank you for snarky ass-ness.
