Stuck in low battery boot loop - Huawei Watch

Hello, Huawei gadget friends.
My watch started to go in to a "low power boot loop" a week ago so I left it alone hoping a full drain would restore it back to working condition, but alas not.
So now this is the situation:
1) press button, nothing happens
2) connect to power shows the charging icon (white battery with power sign) and then after a few mins commences a boot loop as follows
3) from the charging icon, then gives the "Device software can't be checked for corruption..." message
4) followed by the red Huawei logo, then a single vibrate and then back to step 3 above
5) removing the watch from the charger stops the boot loop but then shows the low battery icon (white battery with one bar).
In one or two occasions, I saw it boot up to the colorful spinning 4 android wear logo, but did not complete (did not show "Android Wear" before rebooting again.
I have tried getting it to recovery mode screen or fastboot but without success -- I keep getting the second buzz without fail.
When the beta of 1.5 came out, I tried it, but since then, have wiped my mac and don't have the adb/fastboot software anymore. From reading the forums, there is now some new software called TWRP. Please advise what I can do.
Would I be right to suspect that it is some battery problem? Is it beyond help? :crying:
Thanks in advance!
MMM
Edit: I have also left it on for several hours charging (and rebooting constantly), thinking that perhaps it is just low battery -- but no success.

I'm experiencing the same problem, i turned it off yesterday at 17% and connected to the pc this morning to charge. I immediately noticed that it started looping with the white icon and it doesn't turn on, nor boots into download mode.
Have you found any way to restore it?
Mine doesn't show the red HW logo, charged for some hours and nothing.
I noticed that the pc see that there's something connected, but keeps saying "USB not recognized". I don't know what to do, i may open up and disconnect the battery
EDIT: SOLVED, it was just the cable that broke somehow. I soldered a new cable to the circular base but that didn't work, but as soon as i received this i connected to the pc and started pressing the button randomly till it showed the battery logo and started charging

I got this when I plugged it into my laptop. Plugging it into a dedicated USB charger solved my problem - I suspect the power rating on the USB socket wasn't high enough to charge effectively or that the USB socket is faulty in some other way. From what I understand, not all USB sockets are equal in that some are suitable for high-drain devices, some not so much. So trying another USB port on your computer may also help (Unfortunately at the time I was backing up to an external HDD on the other USB so that option wasn't open to me).

guyz, i have tried my method it actually worked on Xperia X Perfomance
When it goes to Bootloop for Drained battery, i just plug the cable and perform activity block method By pressing and holing power and both volume up and down and when it hits the 1st viberation i just simply release the key. (remember dont hold it too much long after 1st single viberation just release the keys ) and your phone will go to block activity mode. charging light will change it colors from red to blue.. after 2 minutes just press power button then you ll get another viberation and your phone will be seen as charged 2% and then it will be normal again...
i think it happens when battery drained and phone is unexpectedly trying to go boot in first place.
thank you

[Q] T-Mobile G2 refused to charge, deleted all my widgets, and now won't boot.

I've been charging my phone all day but It's been refusing to accept a charge. I rebooted it, but the best it would do is charge, then tell me to connect the charger, then intermittently start charging again (even though it was plugged in the whole time). I tried different cables, AC adapters, my PC, with no difference in performance. After a reboot, I noticed it had decided to remove all my widgets, but not any shortcuts. I'm running CM7 Gingervillain. After puttering between 2 and 15% battery level for hours it then started refusing to boot, blinking an orange light at me, sometimes, and then the light would stop.
I took the battery, sim card, and SD card out, unplugged it, and started to vigorously "ninten-blow" all the contacts. Saw a stupid looking post on the web that said I should remove the battery and hold the power button down for a while and try again, so I did that too. It booted, magically, then told me to connect my charger, even though it was connected, and died for the last time.
Held down the power and volume down to get into hboot (I think?) and told it to reboot from there, it just turned off. Tried again and selected clockwork recovery, it worked! All right now I'm getting somewhere. I selected reboot now from the friendly black menu and was greeted by a black screen with a top hat wearing gear-and-arrows-amalgamation (the clockwork logo and no text). It stayed on this for about a minute and that was the last thing the display ever displayed.
Now I have a dark screen and the orange light will blink up at me inconstantly if I try to boot it by using the regular power button or power + volume down. That's when I decided it was time to register a new account here and make my own post instead of lurking.
Please help me.
EDIT: Sometimes the orange light will blink when I don't do anything. It is very inconsistent. Like it's trying to message me with morse code.
EDIT2: Got into hboot, clockwork recovery, selected "backup and restore" this time I am greeted by the clockwork recovery logo with no text again, it displayed this for twenty minutes and then died.
EDIT 3: Strangely, if I set the phone down, the orange light will not blink. It will blink without any particular interval if I pick it up, even if I'm not pushing any buttons or touching the screen. The blinking continues for a short period of time when I set it down, and then stops.
EDIT 4: I have arranged the phone and some furniture so that it is dangling by it's charging cable, which as caused the orange light to glow constantly. Perhaps I just have a bad micro-USB port.
EDIT 5: It booted up fine after charging while dangling. I have a bad Micro USB port, and am paranoid. I guess I will forever have to awkwardly charge it.
CRISIS AVERTED I AM DUMB
I recognize you've tracked your issue down... but as an aside, when you're trying to select an option in Recovery it sounds like you might be trying to use the Power button instead of the trackpad? I believe that's why you're seeing the Clockworkmod logo and no text when you "select" your option. I did this once too a long time ago and freaked myself out.

[Q] After 5.0 N4 Freezes when Charger is Plugged In, Have to Pull Battery

SInce Upgrading to Lollipop my N4 now Freezes when I plug the Charger in. The Screen is Dark the Red Light is Lit. The phone will not do ANYTHING. If I Hold Down the Power Button Nothing Happens, No Matter what I push Nothing Happens. The Screen just stays dark. I end up having to Pull the Battery & Power it On. This Never happened before the Lollipop Update. I dont know if its tied to the 5.0 Update or not but it never happened before. Now it happens almost Every time I charge my N4. After the 1st couple times I thought maybe it was just a glitch & wouldnt happen again but it happens almost every time I charge it. Side Note: I did peform a FDR before Updating to 5.0. Does anyone know what could be causing the Freeze or know How to Start Trouble Shooting the Problem? What I can do to Sniff Out whats causing the Freeze? Thanks in Advance for any Help. Jason T.
(I searched the Forum for anyone else having this Problem & my search results came up with ZERO, I typed in Phone/N4 Freezing while Charging)
Same here. I want to add couple of more issues actually.
-when charger is plugged, that lightning icon disappears and re appears every 50-70secs. But this happens very quickly that your eyes may not catch it. When soft keyboard is on, keyboard disappears in the blink of an eye and reappears. It is impossible to use the keyboard sometimes. I suspect, power button address is called for a reason or a proccess is terminated and re-run again, couldnt identify which process. This gives me the smell of a software error. Some users tell that even they cannot unlock their phone because keyboard pattern is disappearing half way and have to redraw the pattern. If this sucks, disconnect the charger and draw the pattern and reconnect again. But ofcourse after this your keyboard starts malfunctioning.
-When phone left plugged to charger, it never reaches 100% charged so easily. Always starts to slow charging at 92% or 94%. When you watch red light, it seems to go steady but blinks very quickly every 20-30 secs actually. When the phone is turned off, it is again blinking very quick every 20-30secs that even you can not catch. This slows down charging. As the phone is off and no software is running, this gives me the idea that bootloader or in other words bios is malfunctioning.
-I have tried different chargers ranged 500mA to 2000mA, result is slightly changed. Phone's original charger is also a problem.
-Connected bluetooth keyboard, no issues encountered during typing. But when you move the cursor left or right by keeping left or right arrow, it stucks just for a portion of a second and keeps going. So, again there is a software malfunction is interfering this. So strange.....
-When i remove the battery and give about 6-10 secs then re install the battery and startup the phone, problem dissolves for a short time and again starts.
-I have replaced the battery (thinking this is a battery issue) installed a brand new one, result didnt changed.
-For example open google chrome and just wait.... You see (random time elapses) google chrome application restarts. Again do not touch anything, many times you see google chrome restarts. Actually i have tried boatbrowser also. Just run the app and go to a web page and wait..... app restarts. This causes when you are climbing down the page, it teleports to top of the page and reloads.
-I have long pressed power button. When power off and restart appeared, long pressed on power off, then safe mode appeared and selected it. When device started from safe mode nothing changed. Conclusion at this stage this is not caused by a third party app.
-I am a PC user for a very long time, i know when hardware malfunctions, different fatal things happen. Not this kinda things. This things gives me the strong idea of a software malfunction.
-Also, you cannot turn your screen off. When you press your power button it just turns off for a fraction of a second then turns on asking for my password (my unlock screen is password protected).
So, two conclusions; this is a software error (most probably), or a hardware error (less chance). If hardware is malfunctioning then service is required. But u know services are not solving problems 100%. They may simply say "no problems found with your device"
I am also waiting for a solution or an update. I have to tell that this has first started when my battery depleted completely when i was out. When i get back home plugged to AC charger, red light was on but not charging. Phone remained dead for several hours. Then i long pressed power button then it blinked 3 times then to sign of life. Everytime i long pressed the button same 3 blinks came. Removed the battery then placed it back, started charging. After about 40mins phone was awake . In the middle of the night i was up for a drink and my phone was on the wall charger. Screen was turning off then on then off then on non-stop repeating this. That time i was using a different charger. I thought wattage of the charger was not powerful enough. Unplugged the phone saw that it was 94%. This is the all story. But started happening after upgrading to lollipop.

Xperia ZL weird problem

Hi All,
I recently tried to fix my older sons xperia zl, The phone would not power on, it did not show any signs of life when plugged in to a computer. Tried all the different button combos and the off button at the back of unit but still nothing.
So I opened it up and checked each component visually, did not notice anything wrong.
I decides to see what would happen if I disconnected the battery and plugged it in to just usb to the computer.
Well it showed up in device manager as a SEMC flash device, and the red notification light came on. Then it started to try to turn on without me pushing the power button, the screen gets to the sony logo and then goes black and starts again.
The next thing I tried was to flash a new rom to it, under Flashtools it automatically goes in to flash mode, found my rom and hit flash and it completed the flash. Disconnected the usb , connected the battery but nothing no power and still nothing in device manager.
Another weird thing that happens is that while the battery is disconnected and i hold the vol+ a blue notification light turns on and the phones goes into fastboot mode.
I initially thought the battery was the problem so I ordered a new one and installed it but the same thing keeps happen, anytime the battery is connected the phones does not react to and buttons, even when the usb charging cable is also connected.
I am wondering if someone has a schematic or know of a capacitor, resistor or fuse that is stopping the phone from recognizing the battery.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

New pixel C not charging - can it be charged in recovery mode?

This is the third new pixel C I've tried this week(!) and they've all had the identical problem.. It would be incredibly bad luck to have 3 defective devices so I'm wondering if this is a known problem and there's something I can do to fix it.
The device will never go further than flashing the google logo very briefly. The light bar shows all red for a fraction of a second, then nothing. After this point the display is blank and the light bar is dead and does not respond to tapping.
If I go into recovery and select 'turn off device', the light bar is responsive but just shows a single red segment.
I've also tried the usual 10-20 seconds power off and the volume up/down/power switch combinations.
Is there any way of getting the device to charge from recovery mode?
Wonder if it's reasonable to assume that recovery mode consumes less power so the problem is a deeply discharged battery and I think that is a significant issue with Lipo cells. I assume your " 10-20 seconds power off and the volume up/down/power switch combinations" are those recommended at https://support.google.com/nexus/troubleshooter/3337561?hl=en-GB&ref_topic=6023299
Is the Pixel C charger "intelligent" ? - try a basic charger or a PC if you have a usb A/C cable?
Booted to recovery, powered it down from recovery and left it 2 hours. After a couple of attempts it booted :victory:
I left my pixel c on charge for the night (usb charge hub, 5v/2a, way I've used to charge since I got it), pixel c keyboard attached in the laptop position.
This morning I got up and press the power button to check it is charged and it was sitting on 0% saying it was charging... Power it off, leave it plugged into the wall charger that came with it and 3hrs later still nothing.
Recovery, turn off, closed it up so the keyboard is in put in the bag move, now checked it is charging, 1 red segment flashes. See what happens next. Never had an issue in the previous 7 months of using this device. Very odd, hope it is ok soon... Best Android Tablet I've had, don't really want to buy a new one...
Edit: looks like it is all good. Phew!! Bit strange.
Just Recieved and the same
Another one here with the same "issue" or strange thing that it does before start charging
I have the same issue. I can't get the thing to turn on at all. How do I even get it into recovery?? All I get is the google logo for 1 second, then the bars turn red and everything turns off.
Power button does nothing. Power+Vol Down does nothing.
I have a similar issue! Welcome to 2021. I plug in to charge, lightbar goes to Google colors and then red. It'll do that back and forth without turning on. Any ideas?
Had same Problem. Press vol up and down and then Connect the charger. Then I coud boot in recovery mode. From there rebooted in Android and charge up

Is it dead? No boot or led

Hola! Last night my phone freezed for a few seconds before shutting down. I tried to reboot with no luck. No buttons combos no charghing, nothing, not even the red led that use to blink when it happened before after shutting down. The battery was low then ,about 15% and shut down but I managed to get it working . Now I had the same percentage ,around 15-30% on battery. I let it charge for about 10 mins and then tried booting again. Power+ vol up booted and showed "Download mode" . I don't know if it was me or the phone itself but it booted and Google appeared. Then Those circles appeared and after a few moments the have frozen and the phone shut down. Attempted again with no luck. I unplugged it and let the matter for today. This morning I again tried to boot up ,after a few attempts it booted but only got the Google screen before it shut down again... I let it charge for about 2 hours but still no luck with it. Connected it to the PC ,got the sound of a new device then the error sound and message of the driver. Disconnected and connected again and I got only the driver error sound without the new device sound if I don't change the port. Interesting is that if I press any button combination or just power while connected to the computer, after about 20 seconds of pressing I get the sound of disconnected and/or driver error. That gives me hope that it's not dead at all.. Might the battery be the cause? Replacing it would be a cheaper solution without losing data...Opinions? Tips? I had 3 different dreams in which I solved the problem...but the reality is a nightmare ( Heeeelp
Well it still shows signs of litttle life: If I let it without pressing anthing ,just leave it alone for a night or more and try to boot i,the red led flashes so I plug it right away get to the battery charging screen and that's i...I still hope it's because of the battery thinking hat the battery regenerates but cannot hold for too long.
