Browser, a system installed app, advised me an update was available. I went to the appgallery and made my country China. ( It would not update when my country was listed as United Kingdom. ) It did not change my Huawei ID country. It then updated the Browser as well as one other app. It also advise me a manual update was available for Google Playstore and advised me to not update. I then updated Google Playstore. Did I do the right thing?

I'm from the Philippines and I have a big issue with Google now. It says it isn't available in my country but I got it to
work in my former ROM(CM10). I don't know how to make it work again but I think this has to do something with the system or maybe the build.prop.
Already found a solution. Just change the language to English(United states).
I have recently moved to Australia from India.
I placed an Australian network SIM into my Indian Note2 (N7100) which has N7100XXUFNE1_N7100ODDFNE1_INU (latest Indian firmware).
I am unable to download Public Transport Victoria app as there's no download button. It shows the message: "This item isn't available in your country."
I have updated my Google Wallet with Australian address, added Aus CC, deleted the Play Store app cache and still no luck.
Any ideas?
Fixed after flashing Cyanogenmod.
I think I've installed the wrong version from APKMirror on my phone and screwed it up. Could someone with a Z1c running .270 check the version number and let me know? Look in settings/apps/all/google play services and give me the number in the parentheses.

Well ,it is nothing to do it if i'm in spain, end the rom ( stock ) no root, is from spain unbranded.
Wound up repairing through PC companion. Gotta be more careful with sideloaded updates from APKMirror.

I was under the impression that the Play Store was different for different regions...? At any rate, I think the update I used wasn't designed to work on our phones, because my Play services kept locking up the phone. Thank you for your effort, though.

Mate all you need to do is install Samkey on a laptop etc then go to ebay and buy 3 samkey credit the details to login to samkey will be sent to your eBay and email address. Start samkey up click on help and it will tell you what you have to do on your mobile. On samkey once you have logged in type one of these CSC into the change CSC "BRI for Taiwan will include Google play by default" "TGY for Hong Kong will also include Google play by default" My best suggestion is use csc TGY. Once yiu changed the csc your phone will reboot and all that chinese stuff will disappear and you will have all Google services.
