i saw those treads but i didnt find the option,in that blog we have to choose the update file under settings.....system update.....even i was wondering the same if it works or not.
I'm running Xiaomi.eu which is based on China version. I'm on 9.10.24 and this is miui 11. Everything works fine for me.

I'm confused. So you're right now on 9.10.24 but you didn't tried upgrading to 11 yet? Am i understanding you correctly?
Because my question is that if some guys here from the global version used this kind of file from the chinese version and upgrade their MIUI to 11 from china version same as provided in the article, also how did it worked out? I mean feedbacks or anything like that on MIUI 11.

9.10.24 is miui 11 but beta version. There is a stable version also available. Check out Xiaomi.eu
I'm currently running Xiaomi.eu's latest beta ROM 9.12.26 and would like to flash the latest China developer ROM. However. the only china dev roms I can find online are several months outdated, perhaps my searching skills aren't quite good enough. Does anyone know where I can download the latest Chinese developer ROM?

European versions start receiving Android 10 beta stable, the final version before full release. It also brings February patch.

I haven't recieved the update yet.
Here is the download link. What I don't know is if I can flash it over a non beta ROM, I am on European version but not in beta program. Also, If I can flash it, is it as any OTA, in Update menu, or in recovery. Thanks

It's not in the changelog but i think miui themes are supported again in Europe after the upgrade. I'm not getting the 'Themes are not supported in your region' message anymore but this instead;

I think you had to read the lettres too
In PGGEUXM 11.0.3.0...the P may be for Pie - Android 9
In QGGEUXM 11.0.2.0...the Q may be for Android 10
Got the update this morning in Germany.
I had to uninstall Netflix to get it to work but I finally have HD videos.
The Themes app now works too.

Has anyone noticed the camera now captures photos in better quality?
When MIUI got released, we're very anxious to enjoy that thing. Time had changed.
Wuxin boys had already ported a MIUI 13 ROM for Begonia. If you ready to enjoy, that you can download it. Though it has some bugs like not supporting internet or something. Although it doesn't come with MIUI stock camera. Build doesn't include Gapps, you have to flash it manually.
