-Flash Latest Firmware
-Flash AEX Package
-Install GAPPS package
-Wipe cache!
-Optional Root with Magisk 17.1 or above
-And at last Reboot!
[First boot will take few minutes! Have patience]
Clean Flash is always recommended!
Bugs (Warning rom is in testing,experimental state and it is not best rom as your daily driver)
HW encrypt and drm broken (rom in certain moment is very laggy)
Camera works only with OpneCamera app from play store;do not use stock camera rom
Navigation bar works but is hidden(overlay issue) user navigation bar from play store or use gesture on android pie for recents
Do not change wallpaper on home screen (framework and rendering issue) if you do not want to have black screen
many other bugs that i do not dicovered i think...

Thanks. I kept looking for a bugs section but got distracted. Overall pretty decent. Couple of freezes, and a black screen once .. but now I'm reading about changing the BG lol. Might try a clean flash again

You can go by a clean update:
Wipe: System, Cache and Dalvik
Install: ROM + Gapps + Zips you wish
Wipe Cache/Dalvik
Reboot.
But of course that clean install would be better to avoid any problem:
Wipe: Data, System, Cache and Dalvik
Install: ROM + Gapps + Zips you wish
Wipe Cache/Dalvik
Reboot.

I was on unofficial build and did a clean flash.
Everything works well. Except night mode with no any option.
Battery tweaks are missing (setting to performance, balanced, battery or extrême battery)
No any issue. Best ROM i ever flashed.
Battery life seems very good with lambda beta 11
