Currently it's my daily driver so I don't want to risk bricking the phone. How would I go about doing this?

well when you flashed custom Rom you risked it..
any ways. reboot your device in fastboot mode. if you want to flash MM then flash latest MM bootloader, boot, recovery,fastboot, ifwi. if want to flash LP then LP bootloader.
then reboot to recovery mode factory reset and sideload the firmware for which you flashed bootloader..
you haven't mentioned your device model number.

how i can go back to stock firmware? i have not stock firmware flashable.zip, just have update.app downloaded from Huawei.

Hello from Fred for i prefer 5.x even 7.x(low bar command added on os) camera is the same and between different 5.,x i had tried no problem to connect with pc after i don t specially use mtp.

Hello everyone, I have a problem with TWRP.
In my previous phone when I made a complete backup of rom an partitions, I could test another rom and if I did not like it or it was bugged, I could do a compkete restore and everything would come back to previous state.
In this phone when I backup all my partitions in twrp and restore it all my sim card is not detect, even with rom reinstall... the only way is to restore it with kies, using model and serial nr, but that took ages and I lose twrp and custom rom, returning to complete stock.
I would appreciate some help. Thanks !!

Its an idea and hope i can help with this. In twrp under the option wipe is it.

Hello it restores the partitions fine, with no errors but the only problem is no sim service.

This may be either the rom u installed upgrades your modem or a twrp problem...anyway next time restore every partition except the modem partition and tell me the result.

Same problem with me but i fix this by just flasing the rom with odin but then it show a drm problem screen.
After that i flash the twrp recovery then format the j7 through the recovery and it fixed every thing.

I tried to flash for the first time a custom rom for this phone, tried with Pixel OS and Pixel experience, after the phone restart, i notice that the SIM card 1 and SIM card 2 wasn't working i placed my sim on 2 different phones and worked perfecly fine, is there any method to solve this problem? Or i should go back to stock rom.

I just flashed the last global firmware, but even using stock rom, I'm not able to use any of my SIM slots now, MIUI says that SIM is not inserted.

check IMEI if it''s still there, otherwise nvdata might've gone haywire.
Flashing fastboot version of the stock ROM should fix any partition being messed up, right?

It should, but talking about NVdata, it is actually specific for every device and even Stock ROMS doesn't ship with NVdata partition otherwise all of us explorers would have the same NVdata(SN, IMEI, MAC Address) if we flash it. But I'm pretty confident that if the guy's IMEI is still intact to the phone, then it must be a hardware issue.

Yep, im able to see both IMEI numbers under settings however, miui says that there's no SIM inserted, i've tried to flash the last rom via fastboot, 13.0.5.0 the problem persist, tried with 13.0.2.0 same, my last attempt was flashing 13.0.2.0 but closing the bootloader at the end, and i got the same result, any thoughts?

Quick update, i flashed MIUI 12.5 rom and now the device is recognizing both SIM slots, however i don't have signal yet. I'm gonna flash 13.0.2 to see if problem gets solved.

Do you have a backup efs partition. If you happen to have it, do a restore and solve the problem

Tnx for reply, no, i don't have a backup of efs partition, si there any other way to fix the problem? I tried yo flash stock rom via edl, but i need an authorized developer acct. Any ideas.?

No firehose for Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE: Not available yet, so I don't know how to install in edl. >try to install stock rom with stock recovery, maybe it will help.
Is there a guide to do it? I already flashed stock rom via fastboot, but the problem persist.
