I've been trying to get this new Beta 3 file from:
[ROM] Incredible 2 / HTC S710d 2.3.3 ROM based on IS - Beta3 (14 July, 2011)
the problem is that it seems to only be hosted on a chinese website and even putting the page through a translator the link doesn't work & can't register on the site because it says my IP is strictly prohibited.
can someone who was actually able to obtain the file put it on 4shared.com or zippyshare.com(or similiar?)

READ, and READ THOROUGHLY. not only did i show how to download the ROM i also said i would up it to another site once it was done downloading.

After Flash my devices is stuck in Fastboot. No recovery.
Pleas Help.

I think ROM can be installed on the phone with an authorized account.
