Hello, I'm thinking of switching to this Rom, I currently have the miumix (based on xiaomi.eu) tell me that it does not run well the 10 version of oxygen, because of the bugs etc and for this they recommended me the 9.0.9 , is it true?

It said this TWRP version can install on both note 8 and 8T.
The differences between note 8 and 8T:
1. Redmi note 8 has the notification light, which hasn't on note 8T.
2.Redmi note 8T has NFC feature, which hasn't on note 8.

You'll have to wait, MIUI 12 will be rolling out to Redmi 7 in few weeks. Also, an update to Android 10 is on the way.

Miui 12 will arrive definitely for our units (redmi 7)...
But android 10 will arrive first since miui 12 requires the device to be an android 10 unit...
According to latest news, the Redmi 7 is scheduled to receive MIUI 12 sometime in August.

I believe you are enquiring about an update to the existing evolution custom ROM. If you were to follow those instructions and get in touch on telegram, you will get more info on future updates.
