and they will add if they feel there is enough development going on and there will be enough development in future as well. thats my observation of process. not saying they will/must. so link all threads of development in one post and post in that threat(thread )

That is a well known bug in CM12. If you would have read the thread, almost everyone had that problem, and it has been reported several times by so many more people.
So please don't panic or anything. It would be solved soon by the Devs. Till then use single Sim. Or else use some other Rom.
And before creating a new thread search in the respective ROM's OP whether it is a know bug or not. Also read in the ROMs thread whether it is reported by anyone else or not. If reported, also check whether anyone gave any solution or not.
If in case the bugs we get are from ROM, then report to the respective developer's report bug section.
I hope in future, you or anyone else would not create a new thread for wel known bugs, that have been reported by several others. And these question should be in the respective ROM's sections.
