Portrait Mode of Pixel 2 on ZUK Z2 plus Working

I just want to share a apk I got to use portrait mode on my zuk z2...... Tested in Cosmic and aicp and aex ROMs...

Try validus ROM and use the camera apk shared in thread with the settings provided.
Portrait mode and hdr+ works for front cam also in that ROM.

yes, it does work. and works brilliantly. Validus is the only Rom that has front cam portrait and camera performance is a beast in this ROM. Portrait works from 9th jan 2018 build onwards. please do not say anything without trying. Thanks!

after changing the setting you need to force close the app, assuming you already did that. I do not know what might be wrong. mine. the same app works fine in both of my device along with others on the validus thread. maybe they could help you out

Z2 Developers Portrait Mode And Google Camera works fine with Oreo Roms.Can you make a Nougat ROM with Hal3 Support and Camera2Api so we can enjoy Google Camera on Stable Nougat as Oreo is not Stable Yet.

Hai can anyone guide how too install default apps of zui 2.5
EX: U-Health, Compass, Camara(Must need)

Just take a titanium back of compass and restore in any rom u like

yes, specially shutter speed , can't hold more than 1/2 sec

No gcam is working on RR 6.2.0

I've tried so many different Gcams and only MGC_5.2.022_FINAL_1.0 is working but it's pretty dated. New BSG mod is not working, Arnova's mod is not working. It force closes everytime I open Gcam.
I'm on RR 6.2.0 with Derp latest 3.0 kernel. I was on MIUI 9.5.14.0 arb3.
Please help me.

Mention not bro!!

Question I can't take photo when the phone is shaking.

For example in the car,the picture will not be taken until I hold my phone very stable,using custom ROM's camera app.What can I do to make the camera save the photo regardless of current moving state of the phone.
To simulate this ,just move your phone fast with your hand while taking photos.

What about Gcam? Also which Custom ROM are you using?

sorry but I didn't flash Google as I am in China,I tried two versions of gcram both can't run.
PS:in miui camera work well,I think it's the problem (or feature) of camera app in aosp

That might be the problem yes. I am currently on VoidUI and all works great
