You could give Pixel 2 ROM a try. I don't have any experience with it, but it looks up to date now.

Hi there,
how about Andromeda and Substratum? (If you dont want custom roms)
[PC/MAC/LINUX] The official, full Andromeda thread for Substratum [Android 8.0.0+]
You can then install Pixel Theme from Playstore -
[Substratum] Pixel Theme
then just activate these settings Android System - Accent color - Blue
and
System UI for Pixel navbar (if you want).
I don't know about Night mode tho. You can either download some dark theme for Substratum. I can reccomend Swift Dark Substratum Theme +Oreo & Samsung theme (i'm not affiliated or something, I just tried many free dark themess and this one is excellent, even if you have to pay).
//sorry my english, guys
Looks like home button animation (4 colored dots) only works if i use English as a system language. So the problem is how to make it working on a different language? (Got root, etc) Maybe some language trick ( no mind if an assistant would be on english, but the system on another language)
And offtopic: how to get rid of red status bar and navbar when using powersaving mode without xposed?

You may want to have a look at some of the custom pixel launcher mods by Tulsadiver...https://forum.xda-developers.com/pixel-2-xl/themes/various-mods-8-1-december-update-t3721741
Don't think there's any way to get rid of the red power saving lines unless you have xposed.
The annoying red lines will be gone with the Android P update (if you want to avoid custom ROMS currently) @Badger50 You are omnipresent ... ! I wonder if you are lurking in other device threads too

Still didn't find what you are talking about. There is custom icons and navbar height. Nothing about animation

I know that, however, since they are modded launchers, maybe they will bypass the language dot thingy your talking about. Ask the Dev, he's a super cool and helpful dude :good:

Get a custom rom with Substratum theme engine.
Get Pitch Black theme and apply it in substratum (check mark everything)
fiddle with teh icon colors from settings > interface/Display > Accent color.
Is this possible?
If not, can anyone recommend a theme in which the ONLY thing changed is the accent colour?
Hopefully Samsung adds this option in future updates.

Download hex installer from google play. You can configure high contrast theme to your preferences.
Download goodlock app from galaxy store. You can use the "quickstar" settings to customize the color of the quick settings.

You made my Day!
I gave a try to Samsung Good Lock app and it's pretty good, but changes only the accent colour of quickstart menu (phone, messages and other components were still in blue).
I solved using #Hex Installer - Themes for OneUI (as suggested by Poedra13). I have created my custom theme with desired accent colour then I switched to dark mode from the #Hex app and everithing works like a charm. Now the whole UI and also the others apps have my custom accent colour.
