Hi !
Before tonight, i was on a lineageOS 7.1 and i tried to flash the stock Oreo android that i downloaded on google websites. My bootloader was unlocked, so i just used fastboot and flashed all. I had TWRP installed.
It worked. Then i had the stock 8.0.0 with no TWRP anymore ( and i forgot to re-flash it ). Then, i dunno what passed in my head, after the first reboot, i decided to **lock my bootloader**.
And now i'm in a bootloop on the vendor image ("Google"), with a LOCKED bootloader ( so no fastboot anymore ) and i cant do anything. I forgot to go to paramters and allow the bootloader to be unlocked before rebooting...
The only access i got is via adb in the stock recovery mode, but i'm not enough aware of wath i could do with that. I tried abd sideload with the same .zip, but it didnt worked. I get stuck on the same Error when the phone tries to verify the conformity of the flash.
So :
1° Cant use fastboot to take me out of here because bootloader's locked.
2° No TWRP anymore, only the stock android recovery.
3° Bootloop so i cant launch the device.
4° My only in is adb fastboot.
5° My build number is OPR6.170623.013
What do you think i could / should do to take me out of here ? I'm taking anything that allows me to boot the phone.... For what i saw, i'm kinda thinking it's bricked, but i still got hope. I'm comming to you because i'm desperate
Thanks for your advices.

I had to uninstall Magisk because it was causing an app to not work properly. I chose complete uninstall in Magisk Manager and then rebooted.
When booting now, the phone shows the unlocked bootloader first, then the google screen, then stops at the black screen with the android guy laying down and it just says No command at the bottom. After a minute or so, it loops and does the same thing again.
I appreciate guidance on what to do!

Flashing your stock boot.img in fastboot should get you back up and running. If that doesn't work you can flash April's factory image without the -w in fastboot without losing any of your data.

Hello, I had exactly the same problem today. I was trying to unroot my phone and to do that I chose to completely uninstall magisk, but after restarting the phone, it is stuck in the boot page and just keeps restarting every 2,3 seconds.
I am complete noob in these matters and although I see @murphyjasonc 's suggestion here, I don't know how to implement it. Where do I get the stock boot.img for my phone. My phone is Samsung J7 Nxt. Please help me!
Start here at this link https://samsungodin.com. Download the latest version and you should be able to flash the factory image to your phone. It's been awhile since I've messed with a Samsung phone but if I remember correctly everything you need should be there.

hey buddy how didi you fixed your phone ?
Hey there xda,
so long story short, I'm an idiot.
First of all, what I did in order.
1. Unlocked my bootloader via the Mi Unlock tool
2. Installed TWRP
3. Installed Magisk (latest)
4. Installed a Magisk module called PIXELARITY and rebooted my phone (this is where the problems started)
5. I got into a loop, the only thing I was able to boot was the TWRP recovery
6. I tried to uninstall PIXELARITY Magisk module, with no success, still the same problem
7. I decided to do a factory reset, maybe that will help. It didn't, same issue.
8. I decided to do a complete wipe. EVERYTHING. I wanted to reflash a completely new ROM to solve my issue with the recovery loop. After the wipe, I've restarted my phone (even when TWRP asked if I want it, because I have no OS)
9. We are here, I have a Mi 9 SE without OS, can't boot into recovery, and the only thing I can reach is fastboot (can't even turn off my phone, though)
What I have tried.
1. Tried to flash TWRP via fastboot (since fastboot is my only option), the flashing itself looks fine, everything says OK, but I can't boot into recovery mode (it says Failed to load/authenticate boot image: Load Error)
I don't know what else could I do, to be honest, I'm absolutely not an expert of this stuff, I just wanted to root my phone to actually use some userland-unavailable features, but looks like I've f.ed it up really hard.
Do I have any option at this point? Or do I have to dump my phone, and buy a new one?
Any advice is appreciated.

I didn't, but looks like I solved my own question, though. I found an article here: getdroidtips.com/guide-flash-miui-rom-xiaomi-devices/#How_to_Flash_Xiaomi_Firmware_using_Fastboot, I did everything as it says, and it worked. Already reinstalled Magisk, though.
Thanks, anyway! Sorry for opening a thread for this (I was pretty desperate), and hopefully the above link can help other users like me, who were kinda careless about what they do.
Just this day, November 23, 2021, I have been trying to flash a custom rom named Syberia OS for daisy(Mi A2 Lite variant). As I have done booting up the device to fastboot(thru cmd command since my power button is jammed), I installed the twrp after booting the image to the device, making it as my recovery.
Now I am set and excited to install the rom, so I went to fastboot again and tried to flash the rom, but it always errors and not installing the rom. It is said "to flash multiple zips, reboot recovery before..." (correct me if I'm wrong), so I rebooted to recovery thru the twrp (since its in fastboot). Now, I did the same, I installed the rom again and experienced the same error so I dont know what to do, I did wiped system, data, dalvik and internal storage (a lot of times and tried to install the rom again), but I get the same error.
Then since I cant install the rom, I went to reboot to system thru twrp, and then I forgot, that I have no OS installed.
So now I'm stuck with the "Your device software can't be checked for corruption. Please lock the bootloader. Please visit this link..." plus arriving to the AndroidOne logo, and it turns off and turns on again with the message and logo, repeats until the battery is completely empty.
Is there anything I could do to go to fastboot again for a clean install of the stock rom? (I promise to not unlock the bootloader and experiment on custom roms again)
(I am sorry if you find it hard to understand, I am willing to edit this thread for better understanding if there are things you dont understand.)
This is what I see after all that happened...:

Hey brother, I had the same situation a few months ago. My device - Redmi 6 (Cereus).
So, I was trying to install TWRP in Redmi 6 and then after trying many times TWRP successfully got installed. But when I tried to boot the device, It stuck in bootloop (Going to fastboot and again booting...). So, the answer is that you first boot into fastboot mode of your device and then download the fastboot Rom of your device, (link of fastboot rom of your device - https://xiaomifirmware.com/download/18010/ ) . Then go to your PC and then extrac
the fastboot file, then connect your phone to pc and go to fastboot mode then open the extracted folder and then click on flash-all (The batch file) and then a new command window will open automatically and flashing process will start. After it's done your phone will reboot automatically. For reference, go ahead. Best of luck!

I am having same issue. What did you do fix the power button?
I tried for like 3 hours to find a boot.img and i had root on my phone, but without wifi and sound.
a quick google search showed me that it was because i had a wrong version of the boot.img, afterwards i found another one and now after i have tried installing twrp, booting and flashing using adb (stock and modified versions of boot.img) but it just keeps bootlooping. in twrp i cant wipe, make a backup, see any files in /storage/ and i have no clue what to do next.
What model 7T do you have? HD1907? What was the rom that you were using before you installed TWRP on? OOS12 does not support TWRP. Custom rom A13 does not support TWRP. Only a few custom rom A12 and OOS11 support TWRP.
Idk but I'm just wondering if flashing the last working rom image (dirty flash)? That would eliminate TWRP(?) and eliminate Magisk(?) while hopefully keeping the device from being wiped possibly?
*** Hopefully someone could/would verify this before you attempt... ***
i was on android 11 but i cant remember the version, i have HD1903 (EU ver). i THINK i had the one from the oneplus website(https://service.oneplus.com/us/search/search-detail?id=2096229) but idk anymore

i cant find the file for my current version and it doesnt work if i try it with the only version that is android 11
and i cant turn my phone back on
and after i installed the drivers i had to restart my pc and now there is this thing at the bottom right:
testmode
windows 10 pro
...
i waited until my phone had no more battery charge and now im bootlooping again :/
nvm it just booted
im downgrading it now and i dont get the error "smth communication smth" in msmtool anymore
alr it worked my phone is wiped again but i can turn on wifi and sound
but how do i root my phone now? I have an Idea, im gonna write step by step what i think gets me a rooted phone please confirm if that would not break my phone ^^' (bootloader already unlocked)
1. enable usb debugging and allow my pc
2. download and install the latest magisk version from the github
3. download magisk patched boot.img for ver 11.0.5.1BA BUT since i cant find anything on the internet im gonna have to use the zip file from the unbrick tool thing (https://onepluscommunityserver.com/list/Unbrick_Tools/OnePlus_7T/EU_HD65BA/R/) and then patch the boot.img using magisk myself
4. then use platform tools and type following commands: "adb reboot fastboot", "fastboot flash boot {the patched boot image file}"
5. then use magisk to direct install the root thing
i just realisized the unbrick thing that i wanted to use instead of a boot.img doesnt have a boot.img in it... WHERE CAN I FIND A BOOT.IMG brooo androidfilehost.com doesnt have it the unbrick tool doesnt have it
omg i realized i could update my phone to 11.0.9.1 then download the same version from official website and use the dumper to get the boot.img **** meee
wait it sais its 11.0.9.1HD65 AA and not BA **** me
k nvm i just changed the site settings to germany and now its BA
i just went for it and now my phone is rooted thank you very much for your help i would've prob tried to revert back to stock for like 2 weeks and then cry that i cant root my phone thank you so much xd
