Recorder apk

Hi, my Flo does not have the Recorder app because of low space on the system partition.
But, I would like to have it.
So, can someone please extract it from system, or if you can tell me where (if is possible) can I find source code, I can (probably) build it myself.

But it does not work on my Flo, recorded files are only few kB big, I alwo created a bug report for LOS.

Screen Recording doesn't work here either. (Pixel C Stock non root) The app force closes as soon as I hit the floating record button.

Dropping by to say that the apk works for me. You have to put it on /system/priv-app/ for it to be fully functional. Sideloading will give you FCs.

Here is the latest build, but the only difference between this and apk from April ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=71753642&postcount=7 ) is translations update.

I tried this version on my AEX 5.1 Oreo and it works only the sound recording. The screen recording start but I can't reproduce the final video. What could I do?

I use an OnePlus 5 and have the same problem. Installed it to /priv-app/ but it's not functional anymore. Any tipps?

Any update on this thread... Video is not playing after recording

I am running LineageOS 16.0. The Recorder app works, but the recorded sound on the microphone is very quiet. I am trying to work out which setting it uses for the volume in mixer_paths.xml so I can tweak the volume up. Is there any way of finding out?
This is an unofficial version of LineageOS on a motorola peregrine mobile.

Lineage OS 17.1 with Moto X4
On my Moto X4 only the Video Recorder allows playback through the app. For Audio it just saves a wave file and I have to email it to myself because when I try playback through the app it crashes... would be nice if this was fixed

Me, I'm still waiting for new roms based on Oreo... Got so used to Oreo in LineageOs, I don't want to downgrade... Even if this means I currently Can't take any calls in the car...

there you go .. hope ıt will stop when u go back stock rom. mıne stilll auto reboot even ı have stock rom.

I loved it! If it wasn't for the notification light not working I would keep it installed.

Actually not the best ROM but my favorite because i don't like the RR and MK ROM.
Works fine for me, just the notification light not working. If anyone has the solution to make it work tell it

There is the nubia cam ppp actually.
The NFC, you can activate it but not as usual, you must go on the settigs and go on nubia pref and there you can activate it.

I don't remember, but what I do remember is that it is awesome, I didn't keep using it because the notification light was not working.

I tried it. Hadn't my language, NFC not working with root, Google sometimes crashed.

Has anyone had a good experience with AOSP Extended ROM?

I have been using Havoc OS for a while, it's laggy
I used AEX it's really good but it's laggy too. Actually it's stable but animations are laggy.

For lagging you can try setting selinux to permissive and changing kernel to caf kernel.
I am using arrow with caf kernel and device is super responsive, didn't expect it to be this lag free earlier.

I have been using Ressurection remix 7.0 since when it was released. Its super smooth and battery friendly. Perfect rom for daily use and gaming. Plus alot of customization. Btw im using justice kernel4.0 with it

Do you use widgets? In my case widgets can´t be loaded. That sucks! Everything else is perfect!
I used 9.6.9.0 + cafkernel january + permissiver + magisk. With 9.6.4.0 it wasn´t so smooth - but I didn´t use cafkernel when I tried - but also had the problem with the widgets!

You can try installing Lawnchair v2 and then QuickSwitch via Magisk. Works like charm on stock. :good:

I had extreme problems with Bluetooth when I flashed it, it booted and instantly a pop up box saying Bluetooth has crashed or whatever

It worked on AOSP once then it still crashed and WiFi wouldn't work

Yes i have problem loading widgets and also the navigation bar and status bar cant be swipe to reveal and that bugs me out whenever i play full screen games and videos

yes, aex have bt bug. you need to reinstall bt app

How to flash:
1- Flash a treble pie rom (CAF vendor recommended.)
2- Extract ZUI-10-Pie-Aonly-v1.7z and flash system.img
3- If base rom isn't permissive flash permissiver.

- Can change according to device. Bugless on whyred with PE-CAF vendor tho.

Im using Arrow OS. Really have perfect vendor. Zui 10 sometime have notification bug(example: WhatsApp)

Indeed, but I have fixed that by removing the system app 'Security'. This app controls the permissions and thats the reason that notifications do not come.
After deleting this system app. Im getting every notification again?
I have dowloaded another security app from playstore called Malware Bytes. Its for security and anti virus. Everything is working great now.

I have tried many custom roms. I actually wanted to go back stock but failed on that.
Just a tip if you remove the "Security" app, make a couple of reboots. And you will not able to access permissions page thru Setting. But I can a sure you, if a app needs permission for notification it will ask you for it and you can grant it. Works flawless.

I'm on RRos A10 and it has it
keep in mind that LDAC has to be supported by the rom and the headphone

managed to install RRos rom into my Redmi note 8. I can see LDAC is activated but my Sony XM4 got no sound. Does it also happen on your side? Any solution for it? Thanks.

everything work fine here
if you came from an A11 or 12 rom you have to clean flash with a stable A10 firmware
also don't forget to check if there is a switch for it in BT settings (some headphone have extra settings)

I also done al the steps in clean flash and reinstall RRos. But still cannot get the Sony XM4 works with LDAC.

Yes, including flashing the firmware. When I connect my Sony XM4, I can see it is using LDAC in Bluetooth setting.
Just when I try to play a song, no sound from my headphone.

i think LDAC work fine in all RRos
try latest Zhan or Mark just to make sure ...
if it still not work then you may have a chinese copy of that headphone

My mi 10T pro works fine with LDAC. Why don't all the custom rom developer make LDAC works on A10/A11?

Just curious here: which one you using rn?

i tried Markos the latest version also failed. So, I dont even bother to try Zhan version.

I'm using Zhan as a base with edited system apps from mark and also other roms
but that shouldn't change anything, both support LDAC
something is wrong ...
the only differant thing is the kernel but that also shouldn't be a factor

I don't think installing magisk will change the way RRos supports LDAC right? By the way, now I am using DOTos 11 with the Neutron music player. Actually, I don't hear much difference between AAC and LDAC.
