Awesome.. thanks for bringing nitrogen back to our device in the form of Oreo 8.1
I have one question.. how is this unofficial differs from the official one? I mean i have redmi note 3 kenzo which has nitrogen Oreo official

A few questions for those who are gonna try it.
1. Does doubble tap to wake and press home to wake work?
2. Does volte work?
3. Do all the customisations work?
4. Is it ready for daily use?

Basically nothing. Its just a tag. The point of official is basically incremental or ota updates. Nothing else.
In official, the dev cannot differ from rom sources. In unofficial roms, devs can add stuff they like to improve the rom.

First time installing crDroid to your ENTER-PHONE-NAME, or coming from another ROM: <--THESE MAY NEED UPDATING FOR YOUR PARTICULAR DEVICE; BE THOROUGH IN INSTRUCTIONS-->
** Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip to your device
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash ROM
8) Flash gapps
9) Boot up
For root, AFTER you boot into the ROM, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk XX.x (whatever is most recent).
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.
KNOWN ISSUES
1) Toogle to disable hardware button doesnt work.
Don't expect any support if you:
- are not running the included kernel
- have installed any mods such as Xposed!
- have modified system files

ROM is super smooth.. No heating as of now.. Will try gaming now.. Also will check battery back up.

Note:volte icon is disabled by default so don't worry. You can enable it in settings.

But in the changelog it says vilte will work

Vilte is working but maybe it will inverted(Need to check)

Initial impressions after couple of hours of usage.
Volte works
Vilte works but screen inverted
Buttery smooth
No fcs or slow down
No heating
Lots of customization
10/10 so far.

Finally this rom has breath again for zuk z2..

I flashed this ROM and the following may be noted
1. No FCs and No random reboots.
2. Magisk can be used to root and it works.
3. Volte works but one will have to enable it from settings.
4. There is no heating, but I don't play heavy games.
5. Deep sleep works.
6. It is smooth and touch response is good.
7 sound is OK, but if one wants to enjoy music, flash the module viper4android fx from magisk.
8. One ca n increase the microphone sound from kernel aduitor by going to sound.
I got the Antutu score of 163362. Screenshot Attached

F2FS is not implemented on this ROM , otherwise ROM is smooth

using this rom for last 3 days... i think the best CAF Rom out there for this device...

noticed some bugs...
1.volume is super low from both speakers and headphones.
2.play store's app downloading notification not showing.
3.fingerprint is very low and buggy sometimes.
hope this will be fixed soon,otherwise the rom is smooth and specially revenge os launcher is good...

Rom is op just a single issue I've noticed that we can't change the default notification sound. "Sounds" gets forced closed. Please fix this bro
Edit- the sound app gets force close even when trying to access it or when changing the default ringtone.

You may try locking the bootloader, if that is possible from within your OS. As I've read, the fingerprint sensor is somewhat tied to the bootloader being locked.
Found a way to experiment on this?

Pattern lock not working

already unlocked bootloader but my pc cant detect fastboot command
edit: solved it by adding "./"
this rom is far better than color OS. only cons are:
- can't set lockscreen
- brightness level is too low

try using GCam on your color OS. it has the same quality with GCam installed in the ROM.

Unfortunately not working , I've tested it, maybe soon will be release for model G8141.

After testing everything that is for today, according to my criteria, this is the best rum, I hope for further development, thanks.

I'm using the old version ( Android 10) of that ROM and for now it is working very well. I'm waiting for the new version ( android 11) for a single ROM (G8141), Thanks.

The old Rom is Wirkung with stock camara and siganture spoofing and everything or? Think I will go back to that Version until custom Roms for Android 11 are completely developed .thank you again for your amazing work!
