Hello,
Please excuse my English, I am using a translator.
I bought for France a note SM 4 N910A bootloader A & TT.
I would just like to know if I unlock the bootloader from here:
So once the bootloader unlock, can I then install a ROM for the N910F (European model)? Because it looks identical (same processor, ram, etc ...).
And if I misunderstood and this bootloader is not unlocked, what do you advise me to install as a version?
Because I can not even send MMS, it's pretty painful.
Thank you in advance for your help

As of now I do not believe so
Also moved to Q&A
I have a brand new kddi au SCV38 (Galaxy S9) and a docomo SIM from one of the discount providers (Rakuten). The docomo version of the same phone is SC-02K. au and docomo use slightly different LTE bands. Is there anything speaking against flashing a docomo stock rom to the au phone?
Answering my own question, in case anyone else ever wonders. I've flashed the latest Docomo stock firmware to the au phone and for all I can see, everything works just fine. The only thing I'm left wondering about is use of the docomo LTE bands. Some of these are different from au bands. No idea whether the au phone with the docomo ROM will be able to use all docomo bands. If I ever have an answer to that, I'll post that here as well.
To flash the docomo ROM to the au phone, I followed the below instructions.

Hi Axel,
As you said that you were already successful to install docomo ROM to au model, I assume that you already rooted the device. Could you show me the tutorial to do such thing? I use au S9+ and I want to get a root access, since there's many bloatware I want to remove. Thanx in advance, man.

I don't know. You could try and if it doesn't work, just flash back the au firmware

so, just to make sure then, you didn't root your phone? or you did root your phone? if you did, could you tell me how to do it? I desperately look for the tutorial to do it since I want to remove bloatwares from my au rom; but none that I can find until now. the rom contains so many apps that I don't need. thanks in advance, mate

thanks for the alternatives bro.. btw, when you rooted your phone, what was its state? my phone is on One UI 1.0 (android 9), baseband version SCV39KDU1BSI1, and security patch is on September 1, 2019; and I'm not sure whether it can be rooted or not, since as long as I know, rooting galaxy s9+ snapdragon is still impossible until now.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...cross-device-development/twrp-exynos-t3763464
it says "In NO way it is compatible with Snapdragon variants including but not limited to American(U/U1/A/T/P/V), Chinese(0/8/6), Hong Kong(0), Japanese(SC-*), Canadian(W) variants"

So hello guys! I just bought a used Galaxy S9 after almost 3 years with my iPhone 7. I'm so happy to be back with Android since my phone before iP7 was the Galaxy S5. But unfortunately it was locked to a carrier in the Philippines (cause I'm from here so it's Globe locked). I've done some rooting and stuff with my S5 before and flashing firmware so doing this again might need some familiarizing.
I've done some slight research and somehow I didn't find any, or maybe I wasn't looking hard enough. There were different versions of the G960 but the one I easily familiarized with was the U and U1 which were the locked and unlocked versions...
Is it possible to unlock my phone by flashing a firmware? My model number is SM-G960F btw... thanks guys!

do not flash the U1 firmware on a G960F device! Teh F devices have the Exynos processor and the U versions have the snapdragon and are therefore incompatible regarding firmwares. The G960F is the international unlocked version. Go into the settings and factory reset it from within the operating system, download the latest G960F using the frija or samfirm tool with the modified Odin for your desired cell provider. Standard Odin will likely give you errors
