HELP Can't flash system.img

Hey
when i want to flash the factory image from google with the "flash-all.bat" i got this Error.
failed to allocate 2008772888 bytes
error: update package missing system.img
i tried to flash manualy dosent work too.

this comes when i run the "flash-all.bat"

use newest fastboot. Had the same failure on Nexus 9 - flounder.

Hello, sorry for my English, i've download the Minimal fastboot and adb file and i've installated it. but it styll doesn't work, when i try to type te command: fastboot flash system system.img, the result is error: cannot load system.img. what can i try to do?

Download and install SDK Manager. Later, install SDK tools, SDK Platform Tools, Android support library and Google USB driver. Then try again.

Hi, Yeah I tried to flash the unlock image,
fastboot -i 0x2b4c flash unlock unlock_bootloader.img

Now I am in latest version Nougat

I fixed it ....
Solution ..just try one more time get new unlock_bootloader.IMG then flash it ...Enjoy

Yup i was also facing the same problem a new bootloader image will fix it just request for a new bootloader image from zuk.

Thanks a lot bro.. I downloaded a new unlock_bootloader. Img file, and it worked just fine.
Actually I entered wrong serial number in zuk website while downloading the img file maybe because of that it didn't work at first

1. What/why M7 recovery for M8
fastboot flash recovery NameOfRecovery.img is correct command

Always check your command syntax is exactly right, when performing fastboot and adb commands.
And yeah, the proper TWRP for your phone would help.

Stuck in the Fastboot/ Recovery

I was trying to root and install a custom rom. When I installed the rom and reboot the device it said no OS installed. I have been trying to send the taimen-opm1.171019.018-factory-e96a86ae.zip file over I realized I have never done that and don't know if there is a fastboot command for push. Any help will be very nice. thanks

You don't send it to the phone but instead you unzip it in a folder with your adb/fastboot files and flash it.

flash the zip? Would I just use fastboot flash image-taimen-opm1.171019.018.zip ?

And the phone phone goes into bootloop with twrp recovery poping up with errors.

I was able to install Lineage-15.1-20180219 and boot into it. Tried to restore from that point and it now when I run flash-all it now says

You need to update your platform-tools.

I do now have default Recover but don't know why it won't work.

I feel dumb. I got it to work with using a usb-a to usb-c cord. was trying to use the usb-c to usb-c cord thanks for all the help.

Unlock Bootloader For Bricked Mate SE

Hello, i've got a Mate SE and it is bricked, I have access to the bootloader but the phone is bricked, and has no os.
I tried to flash twrp so I can restore a backup
and I got

I found out boot loader was re-locked and I need to unlock it again.
I have my IMEI and Serial, but I need my Product ID to get the code.
How can I get my Product ID?
If someone can get the Product ID it would be appreciated.
