Theoretically you can't since it has different hardware. But maybe a rom port is possible.

No we can't cross flash. At some point we probably will be able to but I really wouldn't get the Alexa version. Root may come before cross flash in a month or so
I have an LG G7 One but the only installation instructions I can find are for an LG G7 ThinQ.
Would that work on my One?
