Why 480x800?? You need 960x800 wallpapers for background, 480x800 are good for locksreen....

Here are the wallpapers from all Xperia's, from 2010's X10 to 2013's Z1. I have compressed them into a zip file (not flashable). They are extracted from the respective stock ROMs.
I personally think that Sony/Ericsson produce great wallpapers hence thought it would be nice to upload them for everyone. They are HDPI resolution (960x854) so are perfect for the Xperia L/M and other HDPI devices. Feel free to use and share them as you wish.

Those pictures you provided are high res images Sony provide on the SD card, they are not actual Xperia wallpapers. The ones I posted are original Xperia wallpapers from the system.
Nonetheless they are nice images, thanks for posting them. Just downloaded them.

The official Sony's Lollipop will bring new wallpapers
Unfortunately, actually only low resolution wallpapers coming from M4 Aqua are available, so I have redrawed all of them in full HD resolution so they are perfect for high DPI devices.

You will find the live wallpaper APK there and the static wallpapers that I have extracted from the APK file. Also I screen grabbed the lockscreen ones from the video files that are in the APK. They are in 1080x1920 reso and the original resolution of 21:9 full HD for those who are using phones with 21:9 aspect ration.
